Justin was great! We called with a nightmare clog in our kitchen floor drain at our shop. Not only were they able to get out here right away but Justin had everything done, clean, perfect in no time. I am so glad I found this company.

The sewage line from my home was compromised by root intrusion. Daniel and his technicians - Jesus, Jesse, Joshua and Gerardo - were meticulous in assessing the damage to the sewage line and planning how to repair the pipes efficiently and effectively. There were some unexpected snags along the way, but they always kept me in the loop regarding what they had encountered, and next steps. The job ended up going a couple days longer than originally expected, but we did not lose the use of inside plumbing (toilets, sinks, etc) during this time. The cost did not exceed the original estimate, and when the work was completed I was assured that I should not have to worry about root intrusion ever again due to the quality of the pipes and connections used. Will call CR&P again for my future plumbing needs.

Clogged kitchen sink.
I called CR&P today and was looking for a fix of my kitchen sink. We had been dealing with a slow drain for a few days. Chosen R&P was able to schedule an appt between 1:30-3:30pm. Justin showed up at 1:45pm. Justin evaluated the problem and also looked at other possibilities that may contribute to the clog such as another drainage line at a nearby bath sink.

I am awaiting a couple more estimates so although Chose R&P didn’t service our call, Justin assured me there is no charge for coming out and providing an estimate.

I applaud Chosen R&P for their professionalism and courtesy, demonstrated by Justin when he put on disposable booties over his shoes to walk in my house.

I would definitely keep Chosen R&P in mind in the future

I went with Chosen Rooter and Plumbing for my plumbing issues. They were readily available last minute even on a Sunday. Justin specifically was awesome! He was very thorough diagnosing our plumbing issue, he explained things to me as he was working through the problems, and he was very conscientious moving in and around our home. We couldn’t be happier with his service. I’ll definitely be using them and Justin, moving forward for any of our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We have used them for several jobs over the years. They have always been kind, understanding and professional. They rearranged some piping under our kitchen sink for us recently, and afterward it was leaking, so I reached out to them, and they promptly sent Joshua out to fix it. Professional and efficient as always.

Justin helped me replace a leaky sink and drainage pipe. I had a great experience, he was professional and did a great job. Communication was excellent, he conducted a thorough investigation of the plumbing, and made sure to get sign off with the landlord before beginning any work as well as shutting water off for the building during the repair. Would recommend.

Zack was so helpful and fixed our toilet very quickly! He drove all the way from Oakland to my house in downtown San Francisco within the hour at night to come fix my toilet. I appreciated his upbeat personality during this stressful time! He took the time to talk me through each step as it was my first time dealing with something like this and I really appreciated it!!

Vladimir was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He installed a new pressure-reducing valve and expansion tank after my water heater began releasing small amounts of water from the pressure relief valve. On a separate visit, he and his assistant Juan successfully diagnosed and fixed a long-standing water-hammer noise that several previous plumbers couldn't resolve. I truly appreciate their expertise and thorough work -- highly recommended!

On another visit, Justin was professional, friendly, and highly competent -- it's clear he's an expert and a standout in his field. I originally called him to replace a garbage disposal, but he quickly diagnosed that the real issue was electrical, not the disposal itself. Since he was already there, I had him install a newer, sleeker model anyway. Excellent service all around!

He gave me a detailed estimate for the drain replacement and also provided a very helpful complimentary home inspection that identified a few other items that were worth fixing. Gerry (Gerardo) was truly amazing and I highly recommend his services. Super polite, professional, communicative, thoughtful, and swift - in accessing the problem, explaining it to me and offering a solution, and then getting down to fixing it in an extremely quick manner. I am extremely happy to have found them on Yelp and having my unexpected issue resolved so quickly!

I called late at night with a bathroom emergency, and Gerardo showed up quickly, which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, calm, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just rushing through the fix. He identified that the leak was coming from the upstairs unit, fixed the issue properly, and even cleaned up my bathroom afterward. Professional, informative, and reliable... I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

CR&P and Justin are great. They give quick and fair estimates and Justin executes clean and high quality work. They are very knowledgeable about how to do the work and provide great suggestions about options along the way. Justin has put in a disposal with an air switch for me, and secured some water heaters. In the past CR&P has replaced a part of my main line, fixed leaking P-traps, re-secured a toilet, and installed a pressure limiting valve. Definitely the company I will call first for my plumbing needs.

I had a major sewer blockage that was backed up and causing a mess. I called Chosen Rooter & Plumbing Inc. and worked with Daniel, who was absolutely incredible. Daniel is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but he has such a personable and likable attitude that it made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Fantastic service from Chosen Rooter! Gerardo came out to fix our garbage disposal and did an outstanding job. He was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. Really appreciate the great service—highly recommend!

Gustavo, Geraldo, and Josh did an excellent job on two seperate projects CRAP did for us.
They removed our old hot water tank and installed a new tankless heater… so glad Daniel talked us into it👍
Then we had some funky plumbing lines with a history of previous work completed by others. Gustavo removed all the funky stuff and re-plumbed it so it looks clean and is more efficient.
The work was completed on time, clean, and everything works better after a few e-adjustments to the tankless.
Will definitely call them again when needed.

I am always skeptical of plumbing companies and the crazy prices they come up with when charging customers for service. Chosen rooter is the most reasonable out of any company I’ve seen in the Bay Area, and Zack did excellent, quality work. Communicative, friendly, and gave me all the details with the projects and then some additional recommendations for future service. Going with a plumber you can trust is a huge factor, and I trust Zack with Chosen Rooter. Great work.

I knew that the next time an issue cropped up with the Duravit toilet, I’d be replacing it. After confirming it was not a clog, Marcos and I talked about other models. Once I settled on the model, he came back with a quote a few minutes later (quote was similar to others I had been provided in the past).

He returned the next morning to do the install and hauled way the old one. He was efficient, courteous, professional, and taught me a little more about plumbing.

I mentioned my disappointment that the developer failed to caulk the section of the tile behind the toilet…and Marcos took care of it.

The CR&P team is customer oriented. Gloria and Samantha were fabulous and ensured that someone came out ASAP.

This was just a pleasant experience with Albert.. he was on time, efficient, professional and so quick!! I blinked twice and he was done with my shower.. amazing.. thank you Albert!!
