Albert was supposed to fix my plumbimg, but couldnt get in because i was at work
After showimg up unannouced, he never returned my call after gave him directions on how to gain access while i was not present. When i called for am update after not hearing back to inquire if he as success he , said no and it would be done tommrow. I simply asked why he didnt reach out to communicate that he replied " why do i need to call you when im busy? "
I let him know why in a very firm tone, which he described as "yelling" and them is now refusing to provide service.
I dont care how many five stars he has, its more than approrpiate to give prior notice
before showing up to a residenence.
And its even more appropriate to reach back out provding and update.
He is rude.
