We have a oven range with Samsung/Dacor that we needed fixed. Initially our ticket was assigned to Tekniton. They never called and when I called to check they were rude. I looked up Tekniton reviews and they were terrible.

I looked at TV Unlimiteds reviews and they were amazing. I ask Samsung to reassign my ticket to TV Unlimited and they were exactly as the ratings show. Thye showed up on time. They communicated as it took a few days to fix my issue.
