My dishwasher was not working. Technician named Alex showed up. My dishwasher motherboard has problems because the dishwasher did not turn on in the past. I told him there is something wrong with the motherboard but all he said was the door does not close so we need to fix the door. He did not make an effort to open to check what was wrong.

My Whirlpool dryer stopped working yesterday so l called 911 Appliance Repair in the morning today and was lucky that they had a same day opening in the afternoon. Not notified me he was on his way and he showed up on time. I could tell Ned knew his stuff. Paul went to work diagnosing my dryer, was able to find the problem, and corrected it efficiently I want to thank him for answering all my dumb questions. He gave me some really good tips on how to keep my dryer running for, hopefully, years to come. But if does run into trouble again, you know who I will be calling. Thanks!

In the middle of shelter in place, our fridge died. 911 answered my call request very quickly and had someone at my house the same day- at around 4:30 pm. The tech was very clean and polite and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem, quoted me the price and went to get the patk. Unfortunately, after opening the fridge more, he found another problem which wasn't so easy to fix and gave me all the information. He was very honest in saying that he could fix it, but that it probably wasn't worth it. To which I agreed and didn't have him try to fix anything. And despite him being on the job for over 3 hours, he just charged me the standard diagnosis amount. I'm very happy with them and will absolutely call them again.
