This company has incredible fast, professional and courteous service. I called this morning with an emergency and they did their best to fit me in to their tight schedule. A few hours later Will was at my condo and repaired my Whirlpool front-load washer right on the spot. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. I highly recommend them for any appliance repairs.

Last month, my dishwasher suddenly broke down, causing a real inconvenience for my family. In a pinch, I called Bay Master Appliance for help. Their technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue efficiently. He had all the necessary parts on hand and fixed the problem on the spot. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATES THEM 'F' with dozens of filed complaints. That's all you need to know! Stay FAR AWAY from this company!!! They have extremely poor customer service. Check their hundreds of 1-star Yelp reviews, I wish I had done that ahead of time! They charged me $145 for a diagnostic fee (which is fine) and their technician Jason told me my dishwasher needed a new drainage pump and I had to put $200 down on it right away. I assumed he knew what he was talking about so I did that. Within 10 minutes after he left my house, I fixed the dishwasher myself by flipping the breaker off/on. No new pump needed. Even though I called them back within 10 mins after he left, the incompetent 'manager' Euginia told me she cannot refund my $200 deposit. Customer service and empathy is non-existent. I will post this horrific experience on a dozen social sites and am working with my credit card company to dispute the $200 charge. Bad Bad Business - stay away!!!

The technician seemed knowledgable and knew what he was doing. After the diagnosis he did recommend the motor for the Thermador dishwasher needs replacement and service on the drain. The estimate is expensive and Im doing more research before I have to proceed with next steps.

Master Appliance was great in repairing our dryer. Not fun completing a load a laundry only to have your dryer not work.
After trying all the online recommended fixes, it was clear we needed a professional assessment. Master Appliance provided a same day assessment and sent the technician out within 4 hours after we called. Jason, the repair technician, was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and repaired our dryer. He assessed the problem (broken dryer belt and idler pulley). Jason had the needed parts on hand and made the repairs on his visit. Super pleased with the experience. Will use them again.

Totally professional and explained some of the issues. Was able to fix the refrigerator less than two days and just had to wait on the part to be delivered. The technician showed up exactly at the agreed time at the beginning of the window. After doing a thorough inspection, he was able to give me an accurate quote, and most surprising of all was able to make the repair on the spot. I'll update the review after a day or two once we've seen that everything is working as it should be.

This company came inside my house and voided my warranty on my compressor. Their company does not care for customers and just want your money. They didn't not ask or tell me that kenmore has a 10 year warranty on their compressor, all appliances repair companies know this and they voided my warranty,so they could charge me to repair it.. will not let me talk to the manager or owner and are rude and hung the phone up on me and will not answer. Sears service tech came to fix it and said that all companies know the compressor have a problem and know the warranty process,, so when they messed with the compressor it voided the warranty so they know they could change me for a compressor knowing they just voided my warranty.. real shady companies they dont help the customer and just see dollars they can make.. avoid this companies at all costs

I was very impressed with the quickness and professionalism of my Kenmore refrigerator repair. Everything was taken care of in the day. I called about the problem. I will use appliances all over for my future appliance repair. I will also refer them to friends and family.
