-Very unprofessional
-Collected diagnostic fee though it was covered by AHS home warranty
-Did not provide diagnostics but simply stated parts not available
-we used BOSCH service who diagnosed the problem to be with electrical fuse (Sears guy did not even check that)

Gary came out and fixed our AC unit. He was very professional and friendly. 10/10

Sloan came on time and determined the dishwasher’s constant draining operation was caused by certain default on the circuit board although the root cause of the symptom was not completely determined or understood. That said the Samsung schematics we were looking at was quite confusing.

Christopher diagnosed the compressor was not working and gave me an estimate of cost n time it will take to make my fridge work again . Asked me to check in 24-48 hrs to see if the cooling is working… so far happy to be on the timeline promised.

The repair man was very pleasant, and helpful I give him 5 stars, but I tried for 2 days to contact someone at Sears to correct my address and phone number. When I renewed my insurance the girl screwed up my address and phone number! You can correct phone numbers online but it does not allow you to correct your address! The poor serviceman was going all over the place. I had to run after him to finally get him to come to the right address and I’m 72 years old!!! I will never buy another Sears product again! It pays to have a live person answer the phone snd not always have recordings!!! Very Very Very disappointed with SEARS!!!

Gary was excellent! Polite, friendly, positive, and knowledgeable. He’s a friendly service oriented technician who cares, and you don’t see that too often anymore.
