Very nice service. Very polite. Timely with good advice.

The service technician promised a quick turnaround on the repair and came through even though it meant staying till 8:30 at night. Very happy to have my refrigerator working again.

My mother in law who speaks mostly Spanish called and she asked if anyone in the office knows Spanish so that she can have her fridge looked at, they told her no and to go back to her country. What a horrible business DO NOT RECOMMEND….EDIT: the owner is responding by saying it’s a pure lie from competitors, seriously??? Instead of taking accountability and handling the situation or investigating further, you call me a liar?

Adam G. came out to fix my oven and ended up going above and beyond. Not only did he repair the issue quickly, but they also spotted and solved a few other problems. He is knowledgeable, came well-prepared, and worked efficiently. Recommended!

My rating is for the expensive service and bad customer service. The technician Alex was nice.

I should have done a better research before proceeding with this company. They re-scheduled the appointment twice and charged me $295 including the service fee for a $40 part, a microwave switch replacement. The invoice for work approval didn’t have any price breakdown, it was just a total amount to pay. I had to call them afterwards and ask them for an invoice as I was surprised how such a trivial and cheap part costed $295.

I would suggest you to do more research and ask for estimates and quotes.

Editing my review after the owner's reply: regarding the warranty, I asked the technician if any warranty was included in that hefty service fee and he said one month warranty (by the way not written or mentioned anywhere). Next time I would definitely consider other options.

Appliance repair technician was excellent. Alex quickly identified the issues in the first visit, ordered the parts and followed up with an appointment to fix both my oven and fridge icemaker, within a week. Many other technicians before them had told me that my oven cannot be repaired and will have to replaced. I am so glad i found appliance repair. Alex also fixed my stuck fridge filter while he was around. Would definitely go back to this company and technician for any future repairs!

Over a month to fix a fridge. 2 no shows, multiple contradicting updates. Also came with wrong parts, no callbacks, no updates and Still no fix. Now they won’t even answer my calls. Avoid them at all costs.

This is my second time using this company and have had positive experiences both times.

They sent the the sexiest repair man they could find with a tool belt. It was a shame he got the job done so fast. My oven is hot again.

I called on Friday morning and they offered me two slots one for Friday one for Saturday and I took the Saturday one. Adam showed up on time within the three hour window. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the issue.

This is the second time Vladimir responded to my request for help with appliance repair. As always, he’s very professional and skilled. He diagnosed the problem with the range hood and refrigerator in no time. We’re waiting for the parts needed and he will return to complete the repair at a later date.

Issue was that washer would not drain. Alex arrived on schedule and troubleshooted the issue. Turned out the drainage pipe just needed clearing & I didn't need a new pump. I also appreciated that I was able to schedule the repair for the day after calling.

On time, super friendly and professional. My appliance still needs work, but I feel very comfortable with the technician and recommended repair. I’m happy.
