I should have read all of these reviews on Yelp before call them. Master Appliance is a scam. I would give them a negative star if there is any.

They charged $95 diagnostic fee in December'23 for my refrigerator. It was simply a failed LED light bulb. They charged $153.01 to order the light bulb, and another $200 when they replaced the light bulb. So, we paid total $448.01 on a light blub replacement. The light was finally on, however, it was so dim. We questioned the technician about the dim light. He said he had to ask somebody and then rushed out of the door and never came back. Today 01/31/24, the exact light bulb went out again. We called Master Appliance and complained the same issue, but they refused to fix it claiming it is past the service warranty period. She requested us to pay another diagnose fee. Their technician is so incompetent, and it is unreasonable and unethical to let the customer take the consequence. This is not the right way to do business.

Now Master Appliance changed the name of the business to Bay Master Appliance. They have many different misleading phone numbers. Everyone, please avoid Yana and her team.

Very professional in assessing the issue regarding our old, but reliable, washer--until now! The transmission has has gone to washer heaven and buying a new washer/dryer will be cheaper than the repair! That's all i needed to start shopping for a new washer and dryer (because they have to match). So, any thoughts, suggestions, reco's re what to buy are welcomed!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Part arrived fast and quickly installed.

STAY AWAY!

We agreed to a $95 technician visit that cost us a lot more than that. The technician was useless and claimed he solved the issue when he came out to visit but he also then recommended we replace the washer's boot. After he left we did one load of wash and the problem was back. After replacing the boot, the problem got worse. Ends up the washing machine had bad bearings and needed to be replaced. Instead we paid $800 to "fix" the unfixable washer and ended up buying a new one. Dealing with their management was a horrible experience and they would not provide a refund for the boot they mistakenly recommended we have installed. Overall, horrible experience.

Jacob did a wonderful job. The initial problem with my GE refrigerator was diagnosed and subsequently repaired quickly once the parts arrived. After the repairs were completed and Jacob left, the refrigerator starting with a new error. Thankfully, he drove back to my home and after a bit of troubleshooting was able to find the issue and fix.

Adam was absolutely fantastic! Fixed everything and clearly explained what we need to do to keep our fridge in shape. I am 100% satisfied with the service we received. Thank you!

I will give it a two for the repairman they were good the parts they put in were defective after trying several times to get my refrigerator to work they failed and I still have an ice maker that does not work because of the because of the parts they put in I paid $1,600 not happy
