Easily the fastest and smoothest repair I’ve ever had. They were able to take my appointment 4 days earlier than expected. The repair took no more than 7-8 minutes. Kenny was even able to diagnose the issue through a few questions on the phone. Cannot thank them enough for the quality work they’ve done. Would definitely recommend!

My TV gave out all of a sudden and was debating on a new or try to fix broken, I called and spoke to Kenny who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

Took My TV to him and had it looked at. I decided to have it fixed and a week later it works great again.

Kenny couldn’t fix my TV because it is a commercial TV and it is made differently than your standard TV, thus he can’t find the parts. Nevertheless, he seems to be honest about everything and very helpful. He offered to dispose of my TV for free and offered to sell me another TV he has available for a good price. I’m a little bummed out since I paid so much for that TV, but at least Kenny was helpful with explaining everything and giving me an alternative option.

Kenny and Edward were great. Had a sound problem with our LG tv. They replaced the motherboard. Not long afterwards the tv quit working and I thought it was a defective motherboard so they brought a new one. They determined that it was a pairing issue/comcast problem yet they fixed it and didn’t charge me. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Kenny for any appliance repairs. He clearly explained our appliance issues, got the parts, and repaired it promptly as promised. He spent time to clearly udnerstssd what is going on and then proceeded to address the probel than just jumping to fix one initial issue.

Key went beyond what he would do to help fix my samsung tv with the cheapest possible way. Finally it was fixed with a very reasonable price within a reasonable time. He saved me buying a new tv. He didn't charge me for the parts he used to test what parts are failing. Awesome experience.

We returned from two week vacation and found that the heater is not working. The temperature in the house was 57f. We called Alexey and he arrived on Sunday within two hours. He tested the thermostat and heater, found the problem and fixed it.

Hey there! Just wanted to give a shoutout to Deal Tech Service for being a lifesaver with my refrigerator repair. My fridge decided to play waterworks on my kitchen floor in the middle of the night – not cool. Gave these guys a call, and Alex was on it in a flash. We had a freezer issue, I called 911 HVAC based on Google’s recommendation. Paul came out, after checking the freezer for less than a minute, he said this is a gasket problem; I was skeptical, because the fridge is only two years old, i asked him could it be that the door need calibration or something else, but he assured me that it is the gasket issue 100%; he mentioned it’s Friday and so they will order the gasket and he will come on Monday afternoon, or latest on Tuesday morning to fix it, and he charged my credit card for 400+ dollar and left. Paul didn’t show up on Monday. By Tuesday everything in the freezer has gone bad, so I had to throw a lot of food away, still Paul didn’t show up, and didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know that the part was delayed. Wednesday morning i called and they informed me that the part is going to arrive in the afternoon and they can com out on Thursday. Disappointed about this interaction i decided to take a closer look in the freezer now that it was empty and realized the reason that the door didn’t close properly was to a piece of ice that was formed at the back of the freezer surface not letting the basket fully go inside. By removing the piece of Ice the gasket would seal agin, and the freezer didn’t need any repair. Had Paul spent more time looking into the problem, I wouldn’t have to go through all this pain.
