Service mediocre unless they know you're watching them do their work; they don't call you back when you leave messages at office; when you need replacement supplies their quoted price is 3x MORE than anyone else...best to order the supplies yourself!

These guys were thorough professionals. Completed the work on time. I got the coping, replaster and pool tiles done. Thanks Ramon and team. Highly recommended!

I recently have Pool Pro did my backyard. They went above and beyond to get the work done. I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend to everyone.

I received a quote from them during the pandemic and now they are claiming their price went up almost 3x as much! When I question the line items I get no response whatsoever. They keep adding the wrong line items. I am ready to start this project but they just seem so shady and inexperienced even though they've been around for years. I wouldn't recommend them. Not sure what's going on over there but their pricing, logic, and reasoning for things is all over the place.

I contacted Ramon His response was mediocre and rushed, as was his work.

Contracted three years ago for Pool Pros to replace my in ground pool. They charged me $12,500 in 2020.
Woke up four days ago to find an alarming drop in water level. And that’s when I found out that they only guarantee their work for one year!!
What a terrible waste of money & time.

My grandparents had a pool that needed some tender love and care. After many dead-end calls with other pool companies, Pool Pro's was the first company to really come through for us. Not only did they meet our needs but exceeded our expectations by being readily available and punctual. They took their time in cleaning Algae and treating the water with the correct chemicals. They were always willing to answer questions and go above and beyond. I can not recommend anyone else knowing that Pool Pro's is the only company that deserves your business.

Ramon and his team are handsdown the most are professional and meticulous service providers that I have worked with.
They have completely renovated our pool and taking care of our weekly maintenances.
They are timely and respectful and we are very happy with their services.

Pool Pros had done great work on our pool. Where other pool companies couldn’t diagnose the problem, Pool Pros not only correctly assessed the situation, they have always been fast at getting work completed to fix the issue. A+ from us! Thanks, Pool Pros.

The worst pool service provider I ever deal with in my life so far.
Why ?
1. Order their service last June to do a cloudy pool cleaning.
Pay $599 upfront upon their 1st day at site, that's a bad, bad mistake to pay in full upfront.
Then after that, they just disappeared. Don't answer email or call after days and weeks.
Communication is almost nonexistent. Even you push them hard and luckily someone returned your call but still fail to show up as they confirmed.
Then weeks later, one new guy suddenly show up at your backyard without prior notice, being there for 5 minutes then disappear again with job half done.
Such nightmare repeat over & over again for 2+ months until they finally, barely completed the pool cleaning, which should be done within a week. Not to mention the painful hassle involved.
2. Apr/2022, give them another chance for pool replaster service. Unfortunately the same poor communication & service happened again. I didn't even bother to do business with them. All I ask is professional service and communication.
The office team that really needs a serious overhaul. You're not going to get any referral business with the way you treat your customers.

Communication is almost nonexistent. I used Pool Pros with a previous property as well, I inherited them on this property at takeover and not much has changed from what I remembered in using them. Nobody responds to emails unless you push them hard. All I ask is professional service and communication. On the plus, the techs have always been very nice. It's the office team that needs a serious overhaul, it can be a week or more before anyone responds, if they respond at all. You can check and reply to emails anywhere, so there really isn't any excuse for the poor communication. I guess you can't have it all.
