Mixed reviews about Pool Pros, but we are currently looking for another company for our monthly service. Minimal communication ever from our pool pro, accidentally left our water filling once and while they did pay the difference, they then came back with a very advantageous quote for additional services to fix repairs exacerbated by the overflow. They also neglected to point out the obvious leak we had. Cleaning was generally good, just don’t expect more than that unless you complain. Overall expect very base service, not much engagement at a decent market price.

We just had our pool resurfaced by Pool Pros. They did a wonderful job, and finished within a week (we may just get lucky). Workers were all friendly and courteous. We just hired them for maintenance too. Their prices are very competitive.

They are very busy so I did have to call them several times to get our project on the calendar. Once it was scheduled, it went very smoothly.

There were no hidden charges once work started; what they quoted before starting is what I was charged at the end. Been with them for 18 yrs plus there guys are the best especially where I stay at one of there properties always crispy clean and the ducks love being there. We had a very good experience with Pool Pros. They provided incredible value compared to other companies. We remodeled our 40-year-old pool and its surroundings, including fixing multiple cracks, re-plastering with PebbleTec, upgrading pumps and filters, and installing pavers instead of concrete blocks around the pool. Additionally, they installed a French drain on the slope-facing side of the house, which stopped moisture intrusion in the crawl space. The project took longer than we anticipated, but most of the delay was due to the crazy rains last winter. Ramon is a pleasure to work with and helped us find a solution to every concern we had.

Pool Pros take care of the pools at Park Place Apartments in San Mateo. Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement. There is always green growth and white build up in the hot tub and the chemicals smell awful.

Attic Bros did a great job in my attic today. They were professional and friendly. I had a bid for $800 cheaper from another company but decided to go with Attic Bros because of the good vibe from Michael when he came out to give me an estimate. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time and showed up on schedule, fully prepared for the inspection. Najim checked both my attic and crawl space, addressing all of my concerns. This was our first time using the company after being recommended by a co worker. The guys did an awesome job keeping our home clean while hauling away the old insulation.
The workers were friendly and professional. We like how they kept us updated by taking photos of the progress. Joey and Pedro came back the next day to finish and did a great job.
