I had the attic re-insulated crawl space cleaned and attic fans installed. Very professional, thorough and punctual from the initial visit estimate to job completion. The estimate was performed by Michael and another rep he was training. They were very thorough and detailed with the work that needed to be completed, and provided the quote at the end of the visit and made sure all my questions were answered. On the day the job started, Jordan was the project manager with a crew of two guys . They taped the access area with plastic at the start of the job and cleaned up when they were done and Jordan kept updated through out the process. Later that evening, I noticed my kitchen and dining lights weren’t turning on , Jordan came back the next day to fix the issue.

Just used Attic Bros to replace our attic insulation. Michael was very thorough during the initial appt, and Vic & his crew did great work. Every step of the way, from scheduling the bid appt to completing the work and sending us before & after photos along with the invoice, was easy with them. We look forward to seeing if our heating & cooling energy decreases. I highly recommend AB.

I was looking for attic professionals to help with my attic which has a rodent issue. Attic bros responded quickly and was able to schedule a free inspection right away. Jordan came on time. He was very polite, friendly and gave a very thorough inspection. He also gave us a very reasonable quote. We decided to go with attic bros and have Jordan as the project manager. That was definitely a right decision. Jordan and his crew went above and beyond. The quality of the work is absolutely top notch. I couldn’t be happier with them. I strongly recommend attic bros.

I hired Attic Bros for rodent and all of excursion service.
I had 3 companies visited our house and first one even did not find big holes in attic and crawl space after inspection. We wasted $500 and over 1 month and second company also did an inspection but he glanced over attic only. Attic Bros was 3rd company and had an really thorough inspection and found multiple holes. They diligently covered all the holes in the attic, roof, and crawl space, and I felt a tremendous sense of relief knowing that my home was finally secure. It cost $ 2500 but worthy. I should have to call Attic Bros first.

Attic Bros did removal of my old attic insulation, attic and crawl space cleaning and rodent exclusion, and installed all new attic insulation. Estimate process with Michael B was great - made sure to answer all my questions. Carlos and crew were fantastic - completing all the work in one day. Would definitely recommend them!

We were in need of having our old blown-in attic insulation replaced and of having our HVAC ducting cleaned. I sent a quote request to several of the companies listed on Yelp to have the job done. Dianna was quick to respond to my request and scheduled Mike to come out and provide us our quote.

When Mike arrived, he greeted me and made sure he understood my needs and then got right to assessing the attic and the ducting. Mike took laser measurements of the space in my attic to make sure he had an accurate measurement of the space (something none of the other companies did), gave me a thorough rundown of everything he saw during his inspection, and then provided me a quote on the spot. The quote wasn’t the cheapest nor was it the most expensive of the five quotes I received for this job, but I wasn’t concerned as much with the price as I was with the quality of work to be done and of assuring the company I hired was licensed, bonded, insured and had a good reputation, which Attic Bros has all of.

Mike was able to schedule the job to start and be completed 3 days from the day I received my quote. This was a huge plus for me because we were on a time crunch to get the job done.

On the day the work was completed, Jose and his team arrived on time and began working immediately. Within six hours of their arrival, everything I hired them for was done, and done thoroughly.

Jose brought me into the attic to examine the work that was done, as well as walking me around the house to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

I couldn’t be happier with this job, and I will definitely refer anyone who asks to Attic Bros.

UPDATE 3/17/22: Today, Ricardo V. Came out to do the two week post-install follow-up. He checked two areas of very minor concern I had and made sure to resolve the issues. Thanks again! Great service!

Jose and his crew did a great job at our apartment today removing old and putting new insulation, rodent exclusion and duct replacement in crawl space. They were all very young but highly professional and polite. They properly secured every surface of our home with protective nylon before they started working. We were also positively surprised that final bill was exactly the same as our original quote. Not something that happens very often when you deal with contractors. They were highly transparent from the moment they did free inspection. Highly Recommend!

We needed some help with our insulation and Vic was wonderful at figuring out what the issue was and helping us get it fixed. I am hoping we are off to a cooler summer temp in our house! Thank you so much Vic!!

Great job. Prompt, did a very thorough job with each aspect, including rodent screens and closing air gaps. Yard respected and cleaned thoroughly after. Old insulation taken out completely. Did all they could to make our job successful. Had some minor damage to the inside of the house, but they had sealed it all off with plastic and slight accidents happen on a job of this magnitude. Overall highly recommend Attic Bros. Not likely the cheapest but a thorough job done

There are many Attic Cleaning business you can choose in the Bay Area, I had 3 companies come out to look at our home where we have had a rodent problem for years and awful blown in insulation that was not only messy but installed incorrectly covering all the vents.
Attic Bros came out on a Wed for a quote and and we selected them based on the conversations, reviews, start time and cost.
They arrive 2 days after the quote acceptance for work, assessed discussed the job and proceeded to do their work.
They were professional, placed cleaning plastic all took care of all the waste debris and dead rodents they found.
Sealed up all exterior vents and holes and installed new insulation. The job they did was excellent and looks like a whole new attic

Best part the efficiency of the attic vents to keep the area cool in the Sumner will be a godsend and no more rodents!

I had Attic Bros clean the attic and crawlspace and install insulation and rodent exclusion in the attic. They were very professional, explaining to me and my husband what they were going to do and breaking down the cost for clarity. The logistics for them to come over to give an estimate and then later to do the job was very smooth. They finished everything within a day. They cleaned out everything that they could in the attic (which had been left with a lot of junk from the previous owners). They were also very responsible and conscious about keeping my home clean (removing their shoes or wrapping up their paths to the attic and the crawlspace so that dirt didn’t get all over places). The cost was reasonable for their service. I am happy with the results. Thank you Jordan and his team!

We had Attic Bros clean the attic. They did a great job. They sealed all entrances which can have rodent coming in. They removed all old insulation and did a really good new insulation. Cleaned and sanitized really well. They also made sure all the wires that were in attic are on right place and works. They are value for the job.

The Attic Bros team was highly responsive and extremely professional. Our insulation inspection was done by Kuda, who was warm, thorough, and clearly an expert in his field. He was very helpful with questions we had even after the inspection, and we noticed that he also treated our home with extra care while he was here, making sure to leave everything as it was, and cleaning up any debris after himself. The work was done by Vic and his team, who were very friendly and helpful with any questions as well. They were in and out so quickly, and also took great care with our home (including being considerate of our cats!). There is a very noticeable difference in the temperature inside our house after the insulation was installed. Our experience with Attic Bros was great from start to finish. Though another company gave us a lower quote, we decided on Attic Bros based on their meticulousness, and how comfortable they made us feel with their recommendations. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them!

They were professional and curtious, they made sure to lay down protective plastic and isolate the areas where the work was being performed. They did a great job in replacing my old blown in insulation with new batts.

A really big thank you to Victor, Hector, and Humberto. They were very thorough, fast, and took care when working inside the home. They were very respectful of the space and answered any questions we had. I wasn’t sure if the project would be finished in a day but they easily completed the work and cleaned up by mid afternoon.

I am happy to give five stars to Attic Bros! Jesus E. and his crew arrived at our home on schedule, and they were all courteous, professional and efficient. Their vacuum process removed the loose and ineffective ‘50s-vintage insulation from our home, along with a large amount of dirt, debris, and the residue of rodent issues from the past. Their sealing and rodent exclusion work was remarkably thorough, using carefully installed wire mesh and other materials as necessary. When they were done, Jesus showed me an extensive set of “before” and “after” photos, so that I could see what they had done, and how they did it. We have some other work to be performed before Attic Bros returns to install our new insulation. However, based on our experience with their estimator, Ori G., Scott and his office staff and Jesus and his field crew, we are absolutely confident that the insulation installation will be excellent. Additional review, added 4/9/2025: Attic Bros returned to our home to install our new insulation, and, once again, I am very happy to give them five stars! Jesus E. and his crew first checked the traps they had set after all of the cleaning and rodent exclusion they had performed previously, and that work had been 100% effective. I am certain that it will remain just as effective for *many* years. These guys take their work seriously, and they are thorough. They then installed quality insulation throughout our overhead crawlspace neatly and efficiently. Just as he had done after the cleanup and rodent exclusion, Jesus showed me many photos of the new insulation throughout our overhead, and copies of those photos were included in our final invoice. Cleanup after the job was just as it had been the first time – complete! We can already tell that the new insulation will help keep us more comfortable while using less energy throughout the year. Ori was really helpful, informative, and discussed in detail all aspects of our attic: insulation, droppings, moisture, openings, ventilation, etc. We are entirely grateful to have a much better understanding of our house, our options and the costs. He showed us photos and patiently explained how attics work, how they can degrade over time, and how they can be fixed. We very highly recommend Attic Bros!!!
