Juan Diaz has done many projects in my home since 2011. In 2011 he worked on adding a new gas pipeline from the meter to the kitchen, and then remodeled the guest bathroom (a complete makeover). In 2017-2018 Juan and his crew remodeled the entire home. The most important reason that I have hired him time and again has been his trustworthiness. You can never go wrong with him, as he aims for perfection and ensures that the quality of work is superb.
Instead of rushing into getting the project done sooner, he aims for providing a good quality work. I have been very happy with his quality of work, and I plan to hire him again for any future remodeling work.

Best construction remodeled our kitchen and living room. We torn down all the walls, raised the ceiling, installed new beams. It was a pretty serious remodel. Their work completely changed the look of our interior and the outcome has been extraordinary. I'm writing this review after a couple of years and their work has stood up extremely well given we've been using the space since then. A few things stand out in our experience

1) Fewer people to deal with - We spoke to a few other companies before going with Best. At other places, we met an owner, a project manager, a foreman, some workers. There appeared to be different people every time. The same information needed to be communicated to everyone. With Best, I just spoke to one person and they "got it". Given the stress of the remodel, this was very helpful.
2) Clear communication with everyone - The last thing you want in a remodel is miscommunication about design, layout and costs. If I told one of their workers, that I wanted the outlets a certain way, they spoke good English and made sure that they understood exactly what I wanted and did not forget it. I got exactly what I expected.
3) Work ethic - The actual people doing the "work" are extremely competent and work hard. They are very thorough, detail oriented and appear to be treated very well. They're happy when they come in and happy when they leave. Gives you the impression that they will do the right thing behind all the walls, pipes and electricals that you would not want to spend time inspecting.

Sergiu, Annamaria and team were very flexible. When we did not know what we were doing, they prepared several great options for us. They worked through all our midcourse changes, gave us plenty of budget friendly options and completed everything on time. We could not be happier.

We have used Sergiu and Best Construction off and on going on 20+years. Their service - from planning to execution is excellent which is why we have had such a long relationship. They help budget it reasonably, execute on time and clean up well post project finish. Their work is excellent and they are honest and ethical.

Carlos and his crew did a driveway for me, took down an old fence and moved my shed, he is very efficient, quick and reliable, gets the job on time. Cleaned up everything when his crew was done. Good price hard to beat. Very professional and knows his stuff. Easy to work with.

Carols did a great job installing the concrete driveway and leveling my front yard. he was very communicative and listed to what i wanted and got the job done.

I have been working with Steven for over a year. He and his team have done several projects in my house from installing new flooring , painting interior and exterior of the house, installing new toilets and vanities, light fixtures and fans, removal of popcorn ceiling , turning a window into a sliding glass door, and the masterpiece of replacing my old deck and building a new one from scratch with newer and better materials. I highly recommend working with VK Construction. You will find good pricing and extensive experience from a team who knows the importance of good customer service and a job well done.

I was treated very poorly by an employee of this company. I will SURELY look elsewhere with a different company. I expect respect and patience when dealing with a contractor. This is the opposite of how I was treated.

I would never hesitate to call on Pat, John, Lynda or Beth when I need work done on my home. Never. I have moved to a different area from them, however, and so I just want to say that I've known them for many years. We've volunteered many times on campaigns that mean much to all of us and I've gotten to know them as individuals. Their level of ethics, manners and care are extremely high and I would trust them with even my mom's house. I cannot speak highly enough of them because of what I know. Because of that I have certainty that they'll treat potential clients with the utmost respect, honesty and will deliver a stellar product.
