I will admit that I'm a very skeptical person and I find it very hard to believe that promises people make will turn out to be a reality.
I chose to do my kitchen remodel with Glenview renovation and with elya as my project maneger and I was very fortunate and positively surprised to find out that goldenview delivered the service, the communication and the performance that they promised! We love Golden View we renovated our front hall creating a mudroom & remodeled our kitchen taking a wall down to create an open concept .Golden view was fantastic in every aspect. From design and planning to the demolition and remodeling they were helpful, professional, on time & on budget.

We were looking to build an addition to our house and came across Golden View Renovation. We received several bids and chose Golden View because of competitive planning pricing and the fact that they were the only company we evaluated which covered all stages: Human engineering algorithm, planning, design and building, and credit planning cost toward building expenses. Now that our project completed, I can tell that we have made good choice. We are very impressed with quality of work.
Every construction project (especially big one as house addition) is not ideal. There will be always surprises, issues, etc. Obviously, quality is very important for us, but equally important is how issues were resolved. Golden View were there for us along all the stages and resolved hiccups very fast and with high quality. I give credit to our project manager Tal. He is super responsive and very scrupulous. He would visit project site very often and point out issues or give directions to contractors. I would always rely on Tal to perform quality work.
I would like to especially emphasize quality of the preparation work and work ethics by Golden View. Our project was caught by the COVID19 shutdown. But even before the government initiated shutdown and work was stopped, Tal personally made sure to isolate building site from the rest of the living space. They setup plastic tarp from wall to wall and from ceiling to floor, so site was completely sealed and isolated, which was very important for elderly members of our family. Even taking into consideration that project was stopped for couple of months due to pandemic, we were impressed how fast project was completed.
I would highly recommend Golden View for any construction project!

So many companies to choose from. But I made the right decision when I decided to go ahead with Goldenview renovation. With so many hard decisions, I am glad i chose them. Amazing working with Golden View Renovation. Meidan helped me out during the whole renovation and installation of hardwood floors. We had a 60's built house with wood floors in most of the house. They were able to take the carpeted rooms and match them to the existing hardwood floor perfectly. Keeping them in mind for any further projects

I contacted this company to get an estimate on my upcoming kitchen remodel. They were really helpful in answering all my questions and explained how the whole process works. Working with Moshiko and the designer was a great experience for my wife and I. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and very communicative.

Golden view renovation and their entire team did an amazing job renovating our entire house! We talked to five different companies before deciding on Golden view. It took them 58 days to make our home brand new! They were all so considerate, patient and helpful, especially Tal & Asaf the owners!! There is not one bad thing I can say about our experience!!

Golden View crew did a GREAT job on the house. They did everything as promised and the floors, granite, cabinets, tile etc are beautiful. They were timely and any issues were handled immediately. They do great work!!!!! I am very visual and picky and they put up me! They can do it all!!! They gave me a great price as well. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Had used other contractors in past that did very subpar work. Asaf was our project manager and he Will takes pride in his work and knew his stuff and made sure everything looked and was done right. Asaf was great to work with and addressed anything promptly. Thanks for the gorgeous work!!

Golden View did a phenomenal job! This was my first time using them and my first remodeling experience as well. I found them on Yelp then gave them a call for a consultation. I interviewed around 7 other companies but it just felt right with Golden View. Asaf came to take a look at my condo and he was very accommodating and pricing was very reasonable. Asaf answered all my questions and what I liked about him was that he was always accessible. When it came time to purchase materials, Niro came with me to decide on what fixtures I wanted. He was very nice and knowledgable. When construction time came around, the workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of my home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up. I will have to remember next time that remodeling turns your life upside down, is messy, and very stressful but Golden View made it a very pleasant experience. They held my hand through each step including the consultation with Asaf and shopping with Niro. Yanai and Frank were involved as well and everyone did an amazing job. We all had a chat group and they were all so helpful and responsive. They finished within the timeframe agreed upon and Asaf constantly made sure that I was happy with everything and didn’t mind sending back his staff to make sure all is good. They made this experience so easy and seamless and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate. If you are looking to have any or all of your rooms remodeled then by all means call Golden View! You will not be disappointed!
