Our designer, Assel, created exactly what we were looking for. Something modern and functional for my growing family. Had a great experience working with Golden View Renovation. I contacted them because I needed a kitchen remodel as well as other cosmetic changes to my home. I met with their team and they explain me the process and I was able to visit one other site they were working on. After thinking about and preparing our family for a renovation, we started working with them. They helped me with planning and permits with the city. Once that was finalized, we ordered all materials and set a start date. The crew that worked in my house was very professional. They accommodated to my needs and my schedule. My remodeling was done on time and exceeded my expectation. I heard so many bad stories from family friends that had done remodelings, I'm really happy everything went well with mine and it is because of the help of Golden View. They really do think about everything. I recommended Golden View Renovation to all my friends and family, and I will be working with them in the future. We are enjoying our newly remodeled kitchen. I decided to work with Golden View because of the services they offer. They help me with design, planning and the construction. I am very happy with my new bathroom. We had our two bathrooms fully remodeled by Golden View 4 years ago, and were very happy with the results. Recently we noticed a leak from the shower in one of them that was affecting the nearby flooring. Asaf and the team really came through for us, they diagnosed the problem - a shower pan leak - opened the walls to clean and mitigate mold, planned and executed a partial demolition and rebuild of the shower including an improved method for waterproofing, and restored the bathroom and walls back to original condition and full functioning. All of this and they didn’t charge us, since Asaf told us he wants to stand behind their original work and fix problems arising. Five stars for sure!

We worked with Hugo from GoldenView Renovation on our full blueprint set and then completed a JADU build along with a full remodel of our main house home project. From start to finish, Hugo was outstanding in every way—professional, knowledgeable, receptive, and incredibly detail-oriented. It is truly impressive the way he listens to and reads every single question we had and always gave complete and succinct responses.

I just want to express my appreciation to Ali's construction for his excellent service, patiently addressing all my questions in detail, advising me on  adding a room and renovating a basement I feel so good about well worth deal there.

Rude, unprofessional, overbudget, and not to mention LATE DELAYED completion. Nightmare to do business with, heed the other reviews and find a competent business man if you need work done. How is he is still is business is a mystery to me.

Saw some of their work in person, not very impressive. They leave a lot of mess around, don't really do a good job of cleaning up and the workmanship is really poor! They even blow their debris away to the neighbors in an area they're working on so that they don't have to clean it up. Their workers are very noisy, don't speak English, well a lot of them anyways, disrespectful to neighboring neighbors and takes a real long time in finishing a job. I would not even recommend them at all to anybody! The pictures in their website are not the ones I really see in actuality!

Almost got run over by one of their employees running a stop sign at full speed, on the phone. He was going fast enough that I wasn’t able to get the plate number, just the business name plastered across the vehicle. Lo and behold, there are other reviews saying the same thing about the driving, so clearly it’s a pattern. If they can’t drive, I certainly wouldn’t trust them to work on my home!

We can't thank Ali enough for our beautiful completely remodeled house!! He is the most creative, most detailed, and most responsible contractor we have ever come across. We are so thankful that he was the one we picked. Thank you, Ali, and the team.

After doing a small project I was impressed and gave them a bigger project. They totally messed up this time. Communication was horrible. Project got delayed by several months with continuous excuses of unable to find crew. Quality went down the drain as they probably sub-contracted to a cheap contractor.
Stay away from these guys. They have done several projects as they claim but I am not sure about their quality on those either. A new home can be deceiving when they show you any finished project but the real quality comes out when you live in the home and find leaks and short cuts in construction shows up.

We called Ali with Ali's Construction for an estimate on build a new home with basement in Palo Alto, Ali came out and we spent time going through different designs before I decided what I wanted. Ali's Construction did a great job building the new custom home for us. Everything is just so perfect now.

Ali's construction helped us rebuild our home in Saratoga from scratch. There are three aspects that I want to highlight about Ali and his team.
1. He delivered great value for money. His quality is second to none. He promised and delivered our home within a budget that others couldn't match.
2. In any construction project there will be surprises. Ali was very professional, and personally addressed these type of issues and ensured that all promises that he had made to us were kept.
3. Having a physical office in the heart of Cupertino also helped. We were able to go and have a chat either in their office or at the site when needed. His team was also very responsive with emails.

Recently completed a remodeling project with Ali. kitchen + two bathrooms. The results look great. Any problems that we ran into during the process got resolved. Ali is very honest and transparent and just a genuinely nice person overall, we really enjoyed working with them. They were also very quick! They told us a timeline at the beginning and were spot on with the completion date. If to be honest as a homeowner I expected to have more obstacles and delay before we started, thank you so much for your hard work and high customer service, will definitely call you again soon.
