Top Home Builders (THB) is truly the best home builder. My family and I are so glad we found them. We had to undergo a complete home remodeling project due to water damage. I talked to about 5 different general contractors and found THB was the most affordable high end contractor. I want to thank Daniel, Kobi, Elinor, Anderson and the whole crew for being patient, professional and respectful! They are all very knowledgeable on what they do.

Everyone worked very hard to finish the job to get us back into our house in a timely manner. Of course issues can pop up along the way, but I was so impressed by the willingness of the entire team to address and work on any obstacles that came up.

Big thanks to Ofer (owner) who was always available to listen and chat. He was quick to address any concerns I had and always reassured me that everything would be ok. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

I hired Top Home Builders to do a complicated renovation project which involved a kitchen remodel, whole-house flooring replacement, fireplace demo/resurface, and water damage repair to a corner of the house. This was all to be done with my family residing in the home. While it added a layer of complication to the process and additional effort on our part (which we anticipated), they were willing to make it work. The contract was reasonable in comparison to the others that gave me bids, and I could tell before making the decision that these guys were pros. The company is run by a group of young, energetic, and trustworthy professionals who are very responsive and friendly to work with. This is a full service general contractor. However, like with any project, you must still do your part (researching/buying appliances, choosing color schemes, layout, purchasing the finishings, etc.) to make sure your project runs as smoothly as possible. Having worked with many other contractors over the years, THB has risen to the top. I’m very happy with the end result, and if our home required any other major renovation I would certainly hire them again.

I had a fantastic experience with TOP H BUILDERS. My project was to remodel the entire house and they came in at the low end of the three quotes I got. Their great engagement and ongoing flexibility and understanding as I changed certain tasks throughout the project was very much appreciated.
They gave me a designer for free (others wanted to charge 10-13k) and they listened to me throughout the project.
Timings - outstanding speed, finished when they said they would.
Attention to detail - very good. Always made sure the finish to their work was to my standard and cleaned up every day.

My experience with Top Home Builders was amazing from start to finish. They deliver top quality work. The team was very professional, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. They showed up on time everyday and worked diligently and as a result finished the project on time. The owner was always just a phone call away offering ideas and resolutions to any questions I had. We had a great experience working with Top Home Builders and Charlie as our project manager. We moved in last year and needed a lot of work done but our top priority was the kitchen and floors. We got some quotes last year but then never did anything with them. We went back through the interview process and after meeting with a couple contractors we landed on Top Home Builders. They provided a fair price and took care of everything start to finish which is what we were looking for. Charlie was very professional and communicated the good, the bad, and the ugly in a way that kept us informed without freaking out. There were some change orders that came up during the process but the house is old and I expected they would find some stuff. I’ve heard nightmare stories about change orders but Top Home Builders was very reasonable and I didn’t feel taken advantage of in the slightest.

We worked with their designer who assisted with shopping for all of the finishes and also provided very impressive 3D renderings so we could get a good idea of the final look before work had even started. I didn’t know the first thing about shopping and I don’t have the best eye for design so it was extremely valuable that they provided this service.

The crew was great - Clean work, polite, and hardworking. I don’t recall all of their names but a big thanks to everyone involved. Danny was the foreman and he had a very positive, can-do attitude. Charlie visited the project every day, sometimes I’d see him sometimes not but it was nice to know that he was staying on top of the project so that I didn't feel like I had to.

We will be calling them back for our many other projects throughout the house. For now, we couldn’t be happier with the kitchen and floors. Thank you, Top Home Builders!

I had previously worked with TBH in the past for my house remodeling. Recently I had a problem with my bathroom and immediately reached out to TBH based on my previous experience with them. They quickly responded and scheduled the visit. They took immediate action and resolved my issue; my bathroom is back to brand new with their help! They are such a professional team are very reliable. Thank you TBH and Ofer.

Communication and timeliness of the project from start to finish is an A+. Ofer and Travis did great providing updates and checking in often with us. Originally we opted for only a kitchen remodel with them, but then did a bathroom remodel at the same time as well.
Even with the extra work added, everything was promptly completed and looks amazing. We have other projects around the home to do and THB will definitely hearing from us once we need them again!

After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Top Home Builders for a bathroom conversion project. They helped us changed two connected bedrooms into a master suite, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
Shahar was our project managers and I couldn't say enough good things about his communication, knowledge and accommodations during the entire process. The initial design phase really helped us visualize what we want for the end product. The work quality of the construction team is top notch and very flexible in terms of change of plans if anything comes up. We also never had any issues with permitting and inspections since Shahar took care of all for us.

I hired Top Home Builders for some major remodeling in my home. I was looking for a completely different feel and vibe.
Sitting down with the architect was a breeze and working with Allen, the home designer, was a pleasure.
Working with the fore-person, Sharon, was amazing! Her intellect and ability blew me away. I have known many contractors in my time and she and her team were the best!
I had a wall removed, another wall reduced, the 1970s popcorn ceiling scraped off (what a mess), three new bathrooms (top to bottom) while doubling the size of the master Bathroom.
New kitchen counters/tile/backsplash were installed, new electrical and plumbing, a very cool bar area, new paint, etc...
There were a few minor unavoidable slow downs here and there (permits mostly), but I feel like I definitely got my money's worth.
Toward the end of the remodeling, there were at least a dozen "extra" little things that were not on the original contract that they took care of for me.
Sharon and her team (Jose!) were top notch. If I had any concerns or questions, they were addressed and resolved immediately.
She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I mentioned to Ofer many times that he was incredibly lucky to have such a talented team, and I meant it every time.

Excellent company to work with, Nick the office manager along with the crew kept in close contact with an excellent response time and answered any questions or concerns we had in regards to the project. The transformed our house with an updated and modern curb appeal. They changed out our old porch and transformed the area to a new entry way, an office space and a walk in closet.

She trusted Daniel from the get go and Daniel did not let us down. When issues arose, he took charge and made things right.
One beef, we were first told 8-12 weeks. It took 17 weeks. One week was my fault, a vacation planned 2 months prior to permit issuance.
