They have excellent services in repipe the entire house within a day. I was frustrated to get their attention when there was a problem. Finally It was fixed. I hired sergio the owner of this company to do the repipe at my house and replace my water heater. This company works really good best crew ever they are really care full on what they do and the work in my house was very successful so i do recommend this company if someone needs their repipe done 👍👍👍👍

Risky, my job didn't pass the final inspection because contract plumbers violated structural and fire codes. They structure their payments in such a way that 90% is paid before the final inspection. Since they failed to pass, they ran and left me holding the bag. Luckily I have framers and construction friends that fixed the issues and got passed the final on my own. Also they only pulled a water supply permit, and lied about getting sewer and sheetrock/stucco permits. Luckily I verified the permits and got it all taken care of.
I give them a 5 on the copper re-pipe, but a 0 on ethics, sales guy (Sergio) is a used care salesman type. If it's a small straight forward job your probably Ok. If it's a big 4plex, pay more and get a real job from gladiator. It will cost more but they stand behind all aspects of their work. You take a risk with this company. Their workers are basically young temps/ apprentices with not much experience with building codes.
I called them after and they would never pick up. So I used a different phone and low and behold they answered.

Called Plumbing Tech to replace my shower, the guys that came out got it done fast and efficiently. Covered my floors and cleaned after themselves best company around. Calling them again for my plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the quick response when I called about a water leak. The repair was done by Steven the same day at a fair price. Plumbing tech is the best and I will refer them to friends and family.

My issue was almost exactly the same as John Gonsalves. Called up re-pipe specialists from the radio ad and they sent out Plumbing Tech Repipe Specialists. The repiping was excellent and should have stopped there and not let them attempt to do drywall. But what was I to know that they would have done such a horrendous job. It took four times to pass the initial inspection. Once it passed, my contractor came in and had his guys do the drywall repairs that they completely messed up on.
Piping was excellent, drywall work was worse than amateur. My advice: If he comes out to give you a quote for repiping, make sure you hire drywall guys to finish the job to pass inspection. (And ask him for a quote for just repiping only.) A small two bedroom townhouse should run around 4K, which is half as much as anyone else. Also make sure that they don't randomly cut into areas where repiping isn't needed. You will save a lot of money that way and time.

Called Sergio about getting a couple toilets replaced for remodeling. His crew came the same day and finished the work in a timely and professional manner. Had no concerns with the work done. Would definitely recommend this company and will hire them again for future work I need done!

I just bought a house in Gilroy and I called them to see if I could get an estimate for a repipe. The ladies in the office were very pleasant and easy work with. The estimator came out and gave me a free estimate. He was knowledgeable and detailed and explained to be the difference between Copper and Pex.
I chose to use them for the repipe. When the technicians arrived they new exactly that they had to do and got straight to work. They did an excellent job and I would use them again. Thank you agin.

Last week I gave a bad review. Denise called to ask me to remove the review and plumbing tech repipe would reimburse the money they the HOA overpaid. Last year we did a 10 unit hot water cold water repipe. Sergio came in significantly cheaper than all vendors that bid for the job. The Board approved a $35,000 contract to begin the repipe. Upon completion the board also purchased 8 water heaters. Accounting sent the check via snail mail to Plumbing Tech. Plumbing Tech then called management stating they would cancel the delivery of the water heaters if they weren't paid in advance. Management complied and cut a second $8,000 check and the water heaters were delivered. The first check that was sent was also cashed. At this time management has sent emails, phone calls with limited response. Last Friday Denise said Sergio would deliver the check Monday if we removed the review. At this time no check has been delivered and they won't answer my calls.

Had my house re-piped last month. Decided to go with Sergio and his team. Walked me through each step of the way so I knew what to expect. Also great job cleaning up after. Denise in office was great at communicating when crew would arrive and coordinating inspector visits. They did a great job, were courteous and service oriented. I was glad we used them.

I had Plumbing Tech do a repiping and drains at my house in San Jose . The office people were very friendly. They got back to me in a timely manner to schedule the job and inspections. The Techs were on time and did a great job. The Supervisor answered all concerns and questions i had. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted this company through my friend and this is the Third time I’ve hired Plumbing Tech Repipe Specialists. This time I contacted them to replace my sewer line. I 100% recommend them, good price, quality work, passed inspection the next day, the staff is very respectful and professional.
