Jorge and his crew replaced the insulation in the attic, as well as in the walls, patched, textured, and painted. The evaluation prior to the work was thorough. The crew was respectful, organized, and cleaned at the end of their day.

We have a 1960's 2 story home and had never redone the attic insulation on the 2 story attic. After talking to several companies on getting quotes and deciding if we wanted blown in or batten insulation. We have approximately 1000 sq feet of attic space and decided on blown in.

Met with Jorge who was knowledgeable, friendly and truly wanted us to have a good experience. After getting the quote from them we decided to move forward. The process of signing the contract online and communication via text messages were excellent.

They removed all the old insulation, air sealed up the attic in the floor and canned light fixtures, sanitized the attic and rodent proofed. I also needed a bathroom exhaust duct installed, which they did that as well. Our house gets really hot on the 2nd floor, so we opted for the double sided radiant barrier as well in the trusses. R38 was blown in to approximately 13 inches.

The team did an excellent job, showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. This job actually took 2 days, but I would have rather take their time to do great work instead of rushing, so I didn't mind. They also took a bunch of photos along the way and then sent them to me afterwards.

After they completed the work, I did notice some nails coming through the ceiling, probably after workers walking on the tresses in the attic and it being an old house. I texted Jorge and he responded right away and arranged for a handyman to come over and fix.

Cost was reasonable and average with other quotes I got. I would highly recommend this company.

The cellulose insulation in my attic was old and compacted.I called a few attic insulation businesses and Ideal Insulation came out with the best estimate; in some instances more than half. Jorge came out, inspected the attic and told me what I needed. I have R19 and I was able to upgrade to R38. He was very generous, showing me photos of the attic. He was right on time for the appointment. The crew set and were very clean, putting down plastic. He kept me informed during the whole process, letting me know what they were doing and showing me photos along the way. One of the photos showed where the ductwork had pulled apart during a previous remodel and he was able to repair it. He showed me several photos with a ruler to show me the depth of the cellulose installed. He was very polite and personable. I would highly recommend him.

Ideal Attic did an amazing job on my insulation in the attic. I really liked how Jorge helped me find the right type of insulation that would acomodate with my needs and what was best for my home. The installers were also amazing finished the job quick and did amazing they also cleaned up my crawlspace and helped me rodent proof it. I highly recomend Ideal Attic for any insulation needs.

I contacted Ideal Attic for a quote to insulate the upper attic in our 50 year old house. Jorge was able to come out the next day and inspect the attic. He was very professional and gave a list of options I could do. The crew arrived right at 8am on the scheduled day and put down plastic in the house for protection. They were done before 5pm that day as promised. They removed all the old accumulated layers of old insulation and 50 years of filth and sealed everything and layed new insulation. Our filthy old attic looks like new construction now. I highly recommend Ideal Attic!

Jorge and his team were some of the best contractors we have worked with! We hired him to replace our heating ducts and crawl space insulation. Jorge, Oscar and their team replaced our old cellulose insulation with batted R38 insulation in our attic just in time before the summer heat hit us hard this year. We had a few field mice that made their way in and they went the extra mile to seal off all the holes around the top and bottom of the house. They actually did more than what the other quotes offered and came in with the lowest price!

Jorge is the best. My wife and I had contacted 4 companies, and by far Ideal Attic Insulation was the winner. With us it wasn't all about price, but quality, knowledge of the trade and experience.
We had our old insulation removed when we replaced our roof. Yes, like lot of us when your roof is compromised you have issues with rodents. Once our roof was completed, we set our appointment with Jorge. He came out the following afternoon, and boy was it hot. He inspected our entire attic and came up with a game plan to vacuum and sanitizing our entire attic space. He took a lot of pictures and shared areas of concern with us. We had the roofer's comeback out and tighten up area that may have been able to be compromised. once these areas were tightened up Jorge sent out his crew to install mess wire and stray foam around vent pipes, etc.
Jorges recommended we wait a few weeks to install the insulation to see if there were any signs of rodents. After a few weeks and weekly inspections by Jorge and his crew, there were no signs of pests. They installed the insulation, and we could not be happier.
