Worked with Henry O. for re-roofing our house. Henry directed us well through the process, with constant checks making sure all the activities were done on time. He also address all issues raised and fixed them.

Journey builders were great. Scott was my roofing specialist and he explained everything and was great to work with. Very personable..
I was in an urgent need of a roofer to come to my house and fix the major leak that I had in my kitchen. I found Journey Builders online, and they scheduled an appointment with in hours..Scott came by and gave me. the estimate the same day that he inspected the roof.
He immediately had a tarp put over my roof the same day within hours.
I was worried about them working on the roof because this is an older house but Scott took my concerns very seriously. They treated the house as carefully as I do, which was appreciated.
Scott completed the project and the best part was that they cleaned everything.

Hire them. You will love the results from beginning to end.

Thank you Nate and Team Journey Builders, I had Nate come out for a inspection on gutters and roof. Nate mentioned that the roof was fine, but the gutters were shot. Told Nate to write me a estimate and man he gave a great deal.

Crew came out ontime everyday and they did a fantastic job

I would not recommend this company because of quality of the work and difficulty getting them to complete the job. I just had my roof replaced and felt like they did an okay job, although I see gaps in between the gutters and the edge of the roof. They installed a downspout directly into my outdoor AC compressor. When I tried to contact them about fixing it, they at first said they would look into it and then stopped responding when I followed up a week later for a response. Also I had to have multiple conversations with them after they said they were finished in order to get them to complete all of the tasks on the contract, including cleanup of construction materials and trash, which took more than 2 weeks after they said they were finished.

After contacting several companies, I was hesitant on hiring a roofer because every one had given me different estimates and solutions to my problem. I went with my gut and and decided to work with Alex; They were exceptional! I couldn't be happier with the service provided, the quality and my new roof! Not only was I given a 50 year warranty with Owens Corning but also night sky shingles and insulation. I absolutely enjoyed working with Journey Builders and Alex. Overall great business.

I’m so impressed with this company. Everything was so effortless, at least on my part. I was very skeptical about letting anyone in to my parents house so I made sure I was there when they came to give my parents a quote, but honestly I could have stayed home. Leo, the project manager was so kind, informative and knowledgeable that my parents and I were all really impressed. He explained everything in great detail and assured us that he will stay on top of the crew until the project is complete. He stayed true to his word and provided me with updates during the project. I never had to call or check on the status of anything because he was always one step ahead. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to do work on their roof.

Josh repaired my AC. He was punctual, professional, and responsive to all my questions.

Overall quality of work was okay however contacted Calstructive for a couple of adjustments have yet to hear from them.
