Crew showed up promptly, was very polite, went to work, and had the whole house with new gutters by lunchtime! Cleaned up and put back everything they had to move. While it hasn't rained yet, so I can't comment on their effectiveness yet, I went up on a ladder and everything looks good. Price was very reasonable and owner communicated well. Couldn't really ask for more!

I asked them to clean my gutter, extend the foot of the downspouts to avoid damaging the foundation, and also to relocate one downspout away from the electric panel to meet permit requirements. They are very responsive over email, reasonable pricing, accommodates my schedule, finished all the work in two hours, and even help me inspect their work with clear picture proofs of the cleaning. Overall it's a great company that I plan to continue work with for the future.

According to the City of San Jose, my 1910 home is historic, and as such, I keep things in that mode. So when it came time to replace my gutters, I was looking for an old-fashioned gutter, meaning half-round with brackets you would have seen a hundred years ago.

I got my standard three quotes, but the only one that met my high expectations was Resolution Gutter: Galvanized bonderized style: 6-inch half-round gutters with cradle brackets and 3-inch round galvanized bonderized downspouts.

The crew came in and did the installation in one 10-hour day, and they were meticulous.

Highly recommend Resolution Gutter! Very thorough, they take before and after photos, they know what they're doing, we have our condominium complex gutters cleaned by them every year. They are reasonably priced as well.

Our gutter broke and I contacted Resolution Gutter for a quote. They were able to give me a very reasonable quote based on the photos and description I sent them and scheduled an appointment several weeks out. They were able to test that our downspout was working fine, so we were able to keep the existing downspout while installing a new seamless gutter. They were very professional, polite, worked quickly and did a great job overall. I would highly recommend them!

Resolution gutter helped me by going above and beyond in replacing a faulty gutter section above my garage. The job was tricky due to some previous roof repair but resolution gutter found a great solution to make the roof and gutter work together again. They were courteous, on time and proud of their work. Joseph is wonderful to work with! He really saved us a lot of pain with a lot of water damage in our guest bedroom. He helped us work with our contractor, and work with the insurance to ensure damage was covered properly. He cleaned up all the mold in the room, was super fast to respond to all my questions (and there were so many!!), very respectful and patient with me throughout this stressful process.

This company and its employees were amazing! I had a leak that was in between the bathroom wall and another room. I freaked out since I had no idea how much damage was there. Joseph was phenomenal. First off, he came out promptly to our house... brought tools that would show the damage behind the wall and how far up the wall and on the ground it permeated. He stopped the issue, started the remediation process and then fixed everything the way it was before the leak. I highly recommend this company and Joseph. The price range that he originally quoted was inline with the final price, even though he had to purchase additional equipment that I didn't have when we installed new sink fixtures. We could not be happier with the work!

I found water damage on the first floor powder room after my second floor washing machine leakage which got fixed a few weeks ago. So I googled water damage repairs, another ServPro popped up. I called them, got rather rude responses. I decided to search again and found ServPro Milpitas run by Kimo. After I left a message, Kimo called me quickly and during the phone convo he was professional and supportive. I decided to have his team stop by to help. Kimo showed up on time and did a thorough investigation. He impressed me by identifying the dripping only happened when someone was taking a shower in the hallway bathroom on the second floor. I have to give Kimo credits on finding it because the dripping was on and off. His team was polite and efficient during the whole process. I have to say what kimo has done is above and beyond!!!

I had damage caused by a pressure washer leaking indoors and was worried by moisture build up in the floor. I called Servpro and Kimo showed up 2 hours later and quickly made measurements to assess the situation and helped explain next steps. I really appreciate the promptness and profession input.
