Kimo and his team responded to our emergency within 45 minutes in the middle of the night. Kimo and Arturo are masters and should be respected as such! They helped me move to my new apartment. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They will only touch and move things with your prior consent. They were able to dispose of all my unneeded furniture, and the furniture that I did move were intact and pristine just like they were prior to moving. They saved my life!!! Another ServPro branch wasn’t able to send in anyone to reconstruct my bathroom and closet after they tore everything up for mold remediation. SW ServPro is the BEST because I called and let them know of my awkward situation and they gave me a blessing named Luis (Luis Drywall)!! Honestly without SW ServPro’s responsiveness and helpfulness I’d be stuck without a bathroom or a closet — the contractor they sent to help me, Luis, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and was so thoughtful during the whole process of reconstruction. If I ever have any other issue I’d rather call SW ServPro because they’re timely, helpful, and incredibly communicative. I’m technically in NE San Jose but they still went out of their way to help me anyway. I can’t recommend anyone else — this is the best team you’ll get.

A water pipe broke on the third floor of our 3-story condo early on a Sunday morning and flooded all three floors, causing drywall and other damage in all the rooms. Our homeowner’s insurance brought in SERVPRO of SW San Jose and they were on site before noon that day to start mitigation and prevent any further damage. Marc at SERVPRO coordinated the effort and kept us fully informed of progress on our claim. Highly recommended.

We had a mold issue at our condo due to a sprinkler malfunction. The HOA asked us to use Servpro SW of San Jose. Jeremy M was assigned to our job. He came right on time, did a fantastic job fixing our issue, and was a real pleasure to work with. If we could give him 10 stars we would. Jeremy Mangano has done many large scale projects for us and has been incredibly professional during the process-from always showing up promptly and explaining what he was doing to recommending things that would enhance our living conditions immensely. He made us feel quite confident by demonstrating a great deal of knowledge & a strong work ethic as well.
