I required help with a massive water leak which created a major headache in my house. Marks Servpro service far exceeded my expectations. It is not as it never happened, Jeremy his technician made it better than before!
Jeremy did an outstanding job, was extremely helpful and kept me informed all the way through.

Flooded my kitchen due to faulty kitchen faucet that didn't turn off, which I didn't know until the downstairs owner knocked on my door to complain that water was dripping from his kitchen ceiling.
So, being on the second floor of this condo, his walls and ceiling were damaged also
Servpro was called by my HOA, and responded quickly. They dried out my place and the downstairs neighbor as quickly as possible, with many blowers and dehumidifiers, set up in both places. See photo.

I recommend them for any damage, especially water damage, they are very professional in the business!

I called this company to clean up a sewage back up in a laundry room at an apartment building. There was less than 1/2 inch of sewage that spilled out of a drain pipe for the washing machines. It was an odd experience but not my first time dealing with a restoration company. They tried to oversell me by saying the sheetrock on the walls needed to be removed up to 15- 18 inches and dried out. Because the building is older, I'd have to pay for asbestos testing, about ($400). Then if it has asbestos, I'd have to pay for the removal of the sheetrock using an abatement company to remove the sheetrock. This is all with less than 1/2 inch of waste. No way was this necessary. I refused this service and asked that they take the vinyl baseboard out and see if the walls can be dried that way and of course, they did dry out. Once I received the bill I noticed I was overcharged. Mark, the owner adjusted the invoice and I paid it immediately. My mistake was to pay them before I went and looked a the laundry room. During the cleanup two sets of washers and dryers had to be moved to clean under and behind them. The dryers were disconnected from the vent system and left that way. I didn't find this out until I had my handyman installing the new rubber base. He found the mess and fixed it for me while out there. My tenants had been without the use of the laundry room for several days at this point. I told Mark I had to pay to have this fixed and asked to be reimbursed. I emailed him on 12/9 and again on 12/15 and to this date have heard nothing. So one star for trying to do work that wasn't necessary, leaving the mess of the dryer vents in disarray, and ignoring my request for reimbursement.

Additionally now he’s lying about the condition the vents were left. If they were connected I wouldn’t have these photos or would I have had to pay for them to be reconnected. Also the washer and dry are less than 5 years old. Not responding to my email I sent twice is poor customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Servpro comprising of both water damage mitigation and secondary property damages resolution and acting as the liaison to our insurance company as well.
The first phase was to remove the water that came from a bursted pipe in our kitchen. They set up dehumidifiers which removed most of the water. Very professional team.
They then removed the cabinets to access the floor and subfloor and eliminated any chance of mold. This led to the need for new cabinets and granite.
Steve Klimowski prepared the detailed estimate for the insurance company and managed the installation of the floors. He is very knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented. In addition, he replies quickly to questions via mobile. His team was very careful putting up plastic barriers and made the process work well. I would definitely recommend him as he represents Servpro well.

I'm grateful for how AWESOME Jeremy and Sal were while working in my home. My main communication was with Jeremy, who was a lifesaver!! Jeremy was kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the whole process. I had a lot of questions. Jeremy not only answered what he could but made me feel heard.
Jeremy updated me via phone call or text as much as he could which provided reassurance that my home was in good hands. When I made visits to my home, Jeremy and Sal they were very respectful of my home - cleaning up as they went, made sure the doors and windows were closed and locked before leaving and anytime a package was delivered, they promptly contacted me and brought it inside.
Jeremy and Sal were a great team! During this unforeseen event, they made it more bearable. Thank you for being AWESOME!!

We had a roof leak and needed residual moisture in walls dried out. They came out and found where the moisture was, set up a fan and got it dried out. The tech Ibrahim was kind and answered all my questions. They came on time and were responsive to calls. All in all very happy with the service provided.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Servpro on water remediation for my home, and both experiences have been outstanding. Most recently, after a plumbing failure under the kitchen sink caused significant water damage throughout my entire first floor, Marc responded with genuine compassion and quickly arranged for Jeremy to assist us—even coming out on a Saturday. Jeremy arrived within two hours of my call, which immediately put my mind at ease.
From the moment Jeremy stepped in, I was impressed by his professionalism and extensive experience. He thoroughly explained every step of the process and set clear expectations for what lay ahead. Over the following six days, Jeremy and his team worked diligently to dry the flooring, walls, and insulation, taking every care to prevent any further water induced damages. Jeremy did a wonderful job on our water damage condo. He was very professional, communicative and thorough. When we asked Jeremy to go that extra mile for us, he complied without complaint and did so with a smile. If I were in the construction business I would most definitely steal Jeremy from Servpro.

First person that answered my call was great. The person I got transferred to speak to was horrible. Unprofessional tone over the phone when I asked for guidance. Kept repeating that they do this all the time and didn't ask for specifics regarding my situation. Just brushed me off and hung up without saying anything else. Very disappointed. Would expect more empathy and help after going through an apartment fire for the very first time. Not sure if I was treated like that just because I am a younger woman. If my boyfriend called instead.... probably a different story. Would not recommend if that's how they speak to their clients.

Ron oversaw my project, which involved transforming a 14,000 sqft yard into a beautifully landscaped space. The scope of the project encompassed various elements such as a concrete driveway, a paver backyard, turf installation, landscaping, and fence installation. Throughout the entire process, Ron demonstrated great responsiveness and exceptional project management skills. I am extremely satisfied with the high-quality work that was delivered.

Ron, Tamir and the R&R Backyard Remodeling team did a wonderful job transforming our backyard into a fully useable space. From the initial design and tweaks along the way, they took what we had in mind and absolutely nailed it! We wanted an open and simpler concept than what the previous owners had done to the yard (train wreck of shrubs and a warped deck) and within a couple weeks, our backyard was brand new. They installed a beautiful paver patio, new sod, a new walkway from the front to the back yard, and a new IPE deck. They really opened up the space exactly how we imagined it.

They were with us every step of the way and answered all our questions (and re-questions). They were transparent in pricing changes as well as flexible with any unplanned design adjustments. A great group who were always friendly and courteous, superb in their knowledge of landscaping. They were very efficient, always on time, on task, and on schedule. We've actually hired them again for a smaller job and the quality of their work still remains intact.

Top notch pool construction and outdoor living space! Staff are friendly, responsive, and very capable. We hired R&R backyard remodeling to build an outdoor space with a pool, waterfall, travertine paver patio, fire pit, landscaping, and fence. We absolutely love it! The entire process from design to construction to delivery was well thought out, organized, and communicated. Tamir helped create a beautiful design with careful thought put into flow and functionality. He even modeled it in 3D for a virtual tour to help us imagine it. Ron ran production and kept the project moving smoothly, supervising the crew, and giving regular status updates. He was reliable and on his game. They delivered the final product, showed us how everything worked, and answered all our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and we especially appreciated them pointing out unique features that made their pool installation superior to the competition. I came across R&R on google for our outdoor hardscaping project. I already had a good feeling about them during my first initial phone call. Ron & Tamir had come out to quote me and I knew that this was my team. We had a pretty extensive project which included a 300 sf redwood deck with cable railing, over 500 sf of artificial turf, several retaining walls and finally a structural pergola with a TV wall. These dudes absolutely knocked it out of the park. Although the January storms delayed us, they made sure to update us every step.
I really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication we had throughout the project. I would highly recommend this company.
