I had a great experience working with Marc Wood, Jeremy Mangano and crew! I had some water damage and mold in my HVAC closet - the timeline from when I reached out to Servpro to job complete was about 24 hours. I felt like a high-priority customer. Pricing was reasonable especially given how much care Jeremy put into the job. Very satisfied with the whole process. I'll be reaching out again for future work.

Abraham was truly a delight to work with. Aside from being a really nice human, he provide excellent service through the service pro company. He serviced myself and 2 other apartment in the building after we had smoke damage and a lingering plastic smell. He provided his professional opinions, explained what they can do for me, AND (multiple times) asked me how I felt to understand how he could best make me comfortable in my home again. In an environment where service is hit or miss, Abraham’s work ethics stand out among the top. My neighbors who worked with Abraham also paid compliments.

Jeremy did a great job removing the black mold that had grown in our leaky skylight. He was very informative in terms of what needed to be done and very easy to work with. He also inspected the leak repair (that had been done by another company), to ensure it was fixed before he completed the mold removal. Very thorough and professional.

Jeremy did a fantastic job being prompt and helping fix all our damages to our home do to water damage from a broken water bathroom faucet line. He answered all of our questions and was very informative with the process of getting things done in timely fashion. Me and my wife are very great full for all his hard work and for the quick and quality work he did on behalf of Servpro.

Jeremy from ServPro is solid. He explained what work was required in dealing with our flood, kept us apprised and updated, and diligently worked on the project. Abraham is kind, respectful of our home, and patient with all of our questions as we've never had to deal with a leak and mold before. He let us know what to expect each step of the process and was truly concerned for our safety in avoiding mold exposure. Marc Wood and his team are amazing, if you need help, reach out and know that you will be taken care of. In a time of urgency, having Servpro helping made an unpleasant flooding experience seamless and easy. Their ability to manage the job, work with insurance and deal with condo associations allowed me to focus on the other 20 items that needed attention. They met all the deadlines, they handled all the items carefully and addressed the property as if it was theirs. Abraham was absolute Aces!! He and his colleague were super professional, treated my house as if it was their home, worked quickly without disruption and came back 48 hours later to verify everything was resolved and remove the equipment. I absolutely recommend Servpro for any water cleanup and restoration needs.

They arrived at 9 o’clock on the dot. Worked quickly to remove the wet drywall from the ceiling, took out all of the damage insulation and removed it from my home instantly. They cleaned as they go, and once they were finished, cleaned the entire area again. They showed 48 hours later exactly when they said they would, and tidied it up *again* once they removed the equipment.

I absolutely recommend them and would use them again - even though I hope I don’t have to!!

Jeremy came out to do my water mitigation, and he was great. Very friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a good idea on how these things work and what to expect next. My cabinets had to be replaced where some water damage was and Luis did the cabinet and drawers. He was super nice, came early in the AM and he was able to keep the outer parts, which saved me from having to replace everything to match. If you have a plumbing issue and have water damage? Marc was a great help after our house had caught on fire. He was the first person on the scene after the fire trucks had left to support securing our house. His team was very professional and helped with other miscellaneous things along the way. Thank you Marc and team.

We give Marc and Jeremy our highest recommendation! Woke up to water pouring from our ceiling. After our plumber stopped the leak, we called Marc. He sent Jeremy out within a couple of hours. Jeremy was extremely professional and thorough. The is definitely a quality company. They did everything they promised and on time. Cost was very reasonable, especially for emergency service. I want to give a shout out to Jeremy M for such terrific service. He did a great job remediating the damage caused when my washing machine flooded several rooms. He explained everything that he was doing and walked me through the remediation and repair processes. Jeremy was exceptionally helpful and great to work with - he is certainly a credit to Servpro of SW San Jose!

Jeremy is extremely detailed and informative. He made a stressful situation calming. I'm glad Jeremy was the project manager for us for water mitigation.

Very good service, Jeremy went under the house and looked around. He made some good suggestions to help improve the crawlspace environment under the house. He was much less of an alarmist than some of the other inspection technicians that we've had over. He did find some potential plumbing problems that may lead to issues in the future, and suggested i contact a plumber to resolve.

A shout out to Abraham Castro and the rest of his team who came and helped remediate our water leak problems. We had a water pipe break in an upstairs bathroom and it caused damage to that as well as the bathroom downstairs below it and our living room. Abraham and his team quickly came and started the process of drying out the rooms and preventing any further damage. They were all professional, very communitive with what they were doing and how the process would work and what to expect going forward. 100% would recommend if you have water damage.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring ServPro in South San Jose to install a water heater in my home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience and with our installer Jeremy. From start to finish, Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.

Marc’s team did an amazing job in restoring our home. They did a thorough job on first visit analyzing scope of damage and explaining everything. They were meticulous in executing. Abraham and Sal were excellent in supporting us thru out the process. If there were any deviations they would explain us as to why and get our permission prior. Overall mitigation went very smooth and we were clear to move forward with construction after mitigation.

Marc responded immediately when the water event happened and was extremely responsive. Jeremy was our project manager on this job, he went above and beyond helping out on the mitigation work and has a deep understanding of follow-up steps in a disaster situation for the entire construction process. Sal, Garrett and Ethan are hard workers and we’re looking forward to working with them again!
