We hired Servicepro Milpitas ( owner Ramsin) for cleaning services following a small fire incident. However, on the second day after we provided them with a key to our house, I received bank notifications stating that three of my credit cards had been charged. It's important to note that all of those cards were kept inside my wallet, which was stored in a box within one of our cabinets.

Upon discovering the unauthorized charges, I immediately contacted the police and requested that Servicepro cease all services. When I received the key back from Servicepro and returned home, I noticed that my wallet was missing. Additionally, one of my brandy watches, which was also kept in the same cabinet, had disappeared. It is worth mentioning that Servicepro had repacking all the items under “that cabinet” .

The police investigation into this matter is currently ongoing, and we are working closely with them to resolve the situation.

Serv pro came out when they said they would, very courteous and professional. Didn't have to do much cleanup as my daughter got all stopped up, pulled most of the water out with a Bissell and had an air dryer on it for about 6 days.

ServPro came in after wind took off part of our roof and a lot of water came in. The job wasn't easy as it went through multiple stories. ServPro went above and beyond and quickly helped get air circulation through the home, even dropping off some machines and setting them up on a Saturday morning. They were also highly considerate in moving us out of those rooms to prep for their remediation, and did the job efficiently in the span of a few days once we were all aligned on the scope of the work. I hope you as the reader don't get in a situation where you have damage, but if you do, this ServPro branch is a good one to call.

I dealt with this company to address some water damage we had in our home. I knew of this company after having some issues previous with some water damage to a new build project we were working on, and they worked with my contractor to deal with some issues. I didn't work with them directly before I asked them to help with some water damage that happened to our home. From the beginning I got a bad feeling about the way they approach business. I wasn't and still am not an expert in how you assess water damage, how you work with insurance....anything. They led all communication with my insurance company. What I later figured out is that they lie and deceive and falsify information given to the insurance company to get more work and money. They put me and my family and our home in danger by engaging in immoral and unethical business behavior that borderlines on criminal activity. It's too bad I only figured about this towards the end of the project when I started learning that all the stuff they said they would take care was falling short and I had to dig in to the reasons why. I'm left wondering if I should file a report with the police report and go to our insurance company and explain what I know. Ultimately they cost me more out of pocket costs, more headache and work that I don't ever wish on anyone. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my property because I am trying to resolve a financial situation with them. Absolutely crazy. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE.

These guys literally saved my life since I had a hot water burst in the crawl space. Showed up almost immediately - were on top of the tbings, clean, intelligent, confident and polite. I cannot recommend more. Also, they were super patient when it came to paying the bill as my insurance company refused the claim. If you ever experience any sudden and continuous water leakage problems - these are the guys to get it fixed right. A+ and hats off. Also, worth mentioning the other Google reviewer stating something about the missing wallet - it is a scam and a completely fake claim and accusation - don’t get lured into fake reviews. My kitchen faucet leaked into the lower cabinet under the sink. I called Servpro of Milpitas to inspect. Their technicians were very thorough and helpful; drying equipment was installed, and they saved my cabinets! I am very grateful for their prompt and courteous service.

My business got serious water damage. I called Servpro of Milpitas because a friend referred. One of the owner and his crew came with 2 hours and they started working to extracting water from the carpet, and isolate the flooded area. The team is highly professional and they know what they are doing. The work is very through, and detailed. Their equipments are very well maintained. Owner told me the dehumidifier and fans were all disinfected in the warehouse to avoid cross contamination. They also know how to talk to my insurance company and provided assistant for me. I felt very good to have Servpro take care of the flood, making sure no mold will grow inside the premises to keep my staff and clients safe. Highly recommend this company.

A broken toilet led to water damage. The folks as Servpro of Milpitas (a family owned business) came out the same day to start the drying process. The son (Kimo) runs the Servpro water remediation operation while the dad (Homouz) is a general contractor. Between the two they did a terrific job including working with my insurance company. I would use them again without a second thought and highly recommend them.
