Frank offers the kind of service you value and appreciate. Frank and crew showed up on time and had communicated arrival ahead of time. They listened to the problems (a number of them two days before Christmas!), addressed every one of them, and routed a bigger problem so I could temporarily run the Christmas lights until we do the full repair. They put plastic down to avoid leaving a mess and left my home clean and neat. They were a pleasure to work with and I’ll be having them back out for additional items. Thank you, Frank!

Frank and Luke were a dream to work with. They were professional, communicative, and helpful, and the work they did (recessed lighting for the living room, family room and kitchen) was spectacular (and clean - they literally left our home cleaner than when they started). Armando and his team are good guys and did great work!!! Due to storm damage, we had to replace the waterline from our well to the whole home water tank. Armando was quick to come out and assess the situation. The next day, his team installed about 200 feet of weatherproof cables to get power down to the well again. I'd use Alternative Power & Electric anytime!

Mr. Tang is very courteous and professional. He was able to repair our electrical issues quickly and explained how we could make improvements in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment 2 days ago for a consult with text confirmation of date and time. No confirmation reply other than a phone call with an apology at the time of our appointment. He apologized for the miscommunication and said he would arrive within 30 minutes... waited a hour and still no show. Eventually cancelled my appointment.

Willis just finished a large project for us that was mandated by insurance. He worked long hours with excellent communication to get us compliant. Can’t thank him enough for all his efforts!

Best electrician I ever met. Very convenient that Mr. Mitchell is available on Saturdays. He is extremely honest and highly knowledgeable. Hourly rate is a better choice because he will be done the work faster than your expectations.

Phil from Mitchell Electric was simply amazing today when we needed help with a prong that broke off in the wall outlet of my kids's room. I left a message and he called me back promptly, then arrived at my door about 45 mins after that. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our problem resolved in minutes. His rate was extremely reasonable and I am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a great electrician.

The electrician is a wonderful person. Recently, while searching for a new light fixture, I stumbled upon them. They came out and performed an excellent job for me.

We needed exterior lighting for our entranceway, and they were one of the few businesses who would work with us. They did a speedy and reasonably priced installation of their light fixture.

I couldn't figure out who to call for help when I had a problem with my electrical panel. On that day, a local electrician came out and did a fantastic job; I was quite pleased with his efforts. After putting in an honest hour's work, he had the job done.
