Max did such a great job and I can’t thank him enough. This is our second time using FUSE and they are outstanding. Installing a Tesla wall charger is a pretty big job and their work is clean and professional.

Simon S. was the technician who came out to diagnose my AC issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Simon quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the necessary part, and came back to complete the repair right away. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Honestly, if it weren’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have gone through with the service.

The office staff, on the other hand, made things a bit confusing when it came to scheduling and discussing pricing. I received different information each time I called, which made the process feel a little frustrating. However, my usual company wasn’t available for another week and a half, and I really needed my AC fixed. In the end, I’m just grateful that Simon provided such excellent service and got everything taken care of so quickly.

Maximus from Fuse Services did the replacement in one day. He was very polite, a bit on the quiet side. After they were done, they cleaned the area.

Slava is a thorough professional. He came over to assess a broken AC unit. After thoroughly diagnosing both the AC unit as well as the furnace, he explained the issue in great details, answered all of my questions with patience and provided multiple options to repair or replace the unit. After assessing my options, I chose replacement. He sent over quotes for multiple replacement options and communicated the pros and cons for each. Once I picked an option, they were prompt in coming over at the exact time we agreed on and finished the job the same day. The final result was much cleaner than the previous install. It’s clear Slava and Fuse and thorough professionals. I would 100% recommend and call them for any future jobs. You can’t go wrong with them.

I'm fairly handy but I could not figure out why we lost power to some of our lights inside our home. Usually it's as simple as resetting a breaker at the fuse box, but not in this case. Not having a good electrician in my back pocket I used Yelp to help me find some to choose from. I decided to give Fuse a try based on their reviews.

Fuse was prompt in the initial contact helping me schedule an appointment the very next day. I met with Ron whom was perfectly on time. He spent about an hour and a half troubleshooting the problem, he was very systematic in his approach. He did not waste any time, no smoke breaks or phone calls, he was on a mission to find out what the problem was. He eventually found that a neutral wire needed replacement. This repair would have to be done on a separate as it was 3 hours approximately. He scheduled an appointment a few days later and was able to re string the wire in about 2 hours. And the lights are back on! He identified the problem correctly, we were very impressed 👏🏻. Thank you Fuse, thank you Ron. You did a great job. We have some other projects and we will be sure to reach out to you in the future.

We were undergoing a landscape project and as a result our HVAC unit had to be temporarily relocated so that instead of the HVAC unit sitting on dirt it could be mounted on concrete pavers.
After going through few estimates from other companies, we decided to go with FUSE Electrical as they were affordable and had immediate availability. But, affordability does not compromise quality or professionalism as we were impressed when the technician Alex assigned to our project showed up.
Alex walked us through the implementation plan and addressed any questions we had. He catered to our needs efficiently by accommodating with our schedules on short notice. Alex went above and beyond the scope of work by implementing suggestions which would
improve overall efficiency of the existing HVAC unit at our residence! He really worked to delight his customers

We had a great experience with Mikhail K. We were dealing with wiring issues that caused intermittent lighting problems. Mikhail quickly identified the issue and replaced the loose connections. Everything is working perfectly now.

Replacement of operating equipment for heat pump located on roof. Maximo was courteous and respectful of our time and property. He explained all the necessary work and time lines to get new parts. He also lent us a portable heater to take the chill off while the parts were on order.

2 technicians showed up on a holiday to install a heat pump water heater to replace a broken gas water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did an excellent job to complete the project as scheduled, and kept me informed during the installation.

I had my old gas waster heater replaced, and a new heat pump water heater installed by Fuse Service. The whole team at Fuse was great to work with. Everyone from the initial sales person, the scheduler, rebate coordinator, permit coordinator and finally the installation team were professional, patient, flexible, and thorough. I appreciate the work they did to support my water heater conversion to the highly efficient heat pump.
