As a DIY solar installer, this place has been a lifesaver. Whether you are placing an order for a complete rooftop solar system or just dropping in for a single fitting that you forgot to order, Greentech has you covered. I only have experience ordering Ironridge and Enphase parts from them, but found them to be very well stocked and extremely knowledgeable of the products.

Top notch support. They take care of extensive and complicated situations. Best partner for solar and storage contractors in the South Bay Area. I couldn't do my job without them. Their manager, Marilyn I think was her name, went out of her way to help us.

Drove to their location which was a little bit tricky to find once you get on Hartog though it could just have been me not being great with navigation at that moment :).

Phenomenal customer service and keeping the customer experience top notch is what aptly defines them ( Kevin and Zack i particular). I had called in a few times just today to ask about a cellular kit vs a gateway for my solar inverter and Zack was very kind to walk me through the options/comparison and what might work better for me.

Upon reaching there ( you place your orders through the big shutter door entrance in the back) Kevin gave a warm welcome, got me the gateway device that I was interested in and answered a lot more questions around my solar setup inquiries especially if I were to install battery(it’s) for storage purposes. He was very detailed in his answers and as well gave me some good examples of what could possibly be a good option for a setup like mine. This location caters to home solar needs while they do have a location around that caters to commercial setup as well.

I would highly recommend them for any of your solar purchase needs and if you are a solar contractor they are already probably your top notch choice!!

This is probably 5th SJ office for Hirose Electric.

They give me a 5 hour window and found out at the end of 5 hours that they couldn’t make it. Terrible service, very disappointed. Do not recommend this company.

Called last minute looking for a Zinsco Breaker(2 pole 100amp) and they quoted me a reasonable price of $160. They had it waiting for me so when I pulled up it was ready. I will go there anytime I need parts when I'm working in San Jose. They beat Home Depot's prices on any parts they have in common.
