Rick has done two jobs for us.
First was several years ago when the main, 500 amp transformer at work blew up. He responded immediately to my cold call, located a replacement unit in Texas(!), got it shipped, did some system upgrades, and we were back in business.
Next was Fall 2020 installation of six 6Kw Infratech patio heaters and control/power distribution box. When the equipment arrived, he was in the midst of a big project someplace else, but deployed a two-person installation team finished the job in less than two days and the conduit workmanship is beautiful.

I work graveyard shifts at my job and a huge part of my job is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Well the other night we had a storm and our power shut off but we have back up generators, however they haven't been used in so long they weren't working either and for our company that's a BAD thing cause we need our machines running all day all night. Luckly nite and ay power has ups backup system and came out to help us right away! They got to my site fast and just in time!

Spoke with Multiple supply houses this morning. Jesus in inside sales gave me a good price after understanding we did not have an account. I appreciate the integrity and not trying to take advantage of non-account holders. He also explained the no-returns on circuit breakers policy. Who could blame them for that! The Counter team is very helpful as well.

Aaron and Doug have been great to work with. In our field material is key. Aaron has been able to deliver any request even last minute. He’s always available, response is quick and his knowledge of material is what we need. He doesn’t play games about material orders or forgets but is a man of his word. They’ve been great! I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else for material. Thx Aaron and Doug!

Serge did the electrical work for a moderately complicated Eichler remodel.

Overall quality was excellent.

Advice: Serge provided excellent advice. He did the best job of the people who have given us estimates of explaining the work he recommended doing, and explaining why it was necessary. He also gave a very detailed bid, and has been very responsive to all of my questions. He has made me feel much more comfortable about the electrical parts of our project.

New fixtures: Installed ceiling fans, a new doorbell, and a bunch of new lighting fixtures. All required new wiring, but are working very well. There was a slight hiccup with the new smart doorbell.

Grounding, GFCI etc.: Serge improved much of the electrical infrastructure in the home, as well as adding new wiring for a bunch of additional outlets and ethernet.

Other: A new electrical panel was set up, ready for solar, along with a new mast. Everything is very nicely labeled, making it much easier for us and other contractors to use the panel.
