So glad I found Jeffery Vierra. For months I've been trying to get our generator repaired. Living in Santa Cruz mountains we have numerous and long PG&E outages due to winter storms and numerous PG&E maintenance outages in summer. For months our previous repair person either didn't come, didn't solve the problem and finally stopped returning messages. Jeffery and Sebastian were here immediately, obtained new part and solved the problem. He is knowledgeable, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Vierra Electric does cost a bit more than our previous (non)service but it's worth it to know I will always have a working generator: Jeffery will be out here promptly and solve the problem when/if we need him. I've joined his family of followers.

Stay away! Find someone else for your job. It's not worth the headache.

I should have listened to the other low rating reviews. My experience was very similar to them. I hired HNES to install two SPAN panels (main and sub) at my home, and what I was told would be done within month, but it ended up taking them 5 months for complete the job. They didn't even start the permit process until months into project, and filed the permits incorrectly multiple times. I felt I was being gaslit over and over about it being done soon, and would repeatedly get excuses for the delay. The installer would arrive late and would never respond to any of my texts. The owner did not seem very familiar with the new SPAN system, and in multiple instances started yelling at me for asking questions to understand how the system works, which was a giant red flag.

To cap it off their pricing wasn't even that competitive. I got a quote from FUSE halfway into the process for 4k less than it cost me from HNES, and I am confident it would have probably been done within a few weeks, but it was too late for me to back out. I thought maybe it would be good to get smaller business to do the job because you'd get better customer service, but that was completely wrong.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because in the end the job was completed, and seems to be working as intended. But I would never recommend this business to anyone. There are better people to do the job out there.

I bought a GM energy system and was hard to find someone who would install it since it is new in the market and not many people had experience installing it. When I put out bids to install, HNES and Fuse responded. Randy from HNES called and explained exactly what the job entails and how he would commission the GE Energy equipment. The way he explained gave me a lot of confidence and decided to go with him.

Unfortunately, Randy has been going through treatment of leukemia and was not able to personally visit the site and supervise the installation. But his team started the project and took much longer than promised since they were not trained on the GM Energy equipment. In spite of lack of experience with GM equipment, final outcome was excellent. Even after completing the installation, they continue to monitor and help with any issues that crop up.

Randy and his team communicated with me at very well at every step and provided me with every information I needed. At the end of it, they did a thorough job and have finished the job to my satisfaction. They have tied all the loose ends together.

I wish Randy a speedy recovery from his cancer. I highly recommend HNES for all your electrical needs

HNES is by far the most unprofessional and absurd company I have ever worked with, and I wish I could give it negative stars.

Randy and the crew helped me out and I’m grateful for all the hard work they put in. One day in and out. They put a new electrical panel on my home to get me ready for the next phase, solar and electric vehicles. Great work all!!!

I contacted HNES and talked to Randy regarding powerwall installation and the used of the SGIP program. Randy was really knowledgeable and provided all answers to my questions. Unfortunately after Randy researched, I would not qualified the SGIP equity resiliency program.
Thank you Randy and HNES team.

Randy is great to work with. We went through quite a few iterations working out a solution to my EV Charger problem. He would even call after hours in the evening to discuss issues.

    Highly recommend!

Obtained around 6 different quotes for a rather complicated installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage (from an outside panel, through about 30’ of attic to the garage) for an EV charger. Their quote was extremely competitive with the others but the people really made the decision for me. Everyone from the receptionist, to the office manager, to the owner and the installers gave 5 star service and were a pleasure to work with. The work looks great and I have no doubt will pass city inspection shortly (here in Las Vegas). Highly recommend.

I called around and spoke to various Tesla Powerwall installers. Randy by far was the most patience and knowledgeable when it came to the Powerwall technology and installation process. Once I decided to move forward, Randy's team was equally great! They were transparent, knowledgable and professional across the board. I would highly recommend Home Networks with your energy needs!

Just purchased a Tesla from a friend and had to make the difficult decision as to which electrician I should select to install my garage charger. My friend had used Home Networks, Electric & Solar to install his garage charger so I decided to call them too. Spoke to Randy Garcia, the owner, and he was professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything in non electrician terms. What really made the experience a winner was Branden Dunn, the foreman. He was the primary guy doing my installation. He presented various options as to where the new plug should be installed. I could really tell that he was very experienced and confident. Everything Branden said about the set up made sense. He spent time explaining to my wife and I how to utilize our charger in the most efficient way, all the dos and don't's. It was such a relief, getting the job done by an electrical contractor who was well versed with Tesla. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Home Networks, and specifically Branden, to do your installs for your garage chargers.

I do not recommend this business!!!

Great ownership by the owner but takes upon more than he can chew. Note to the owner- Hire the right crew which can actually meet deadlines and not give reasons why they couldn’t meet promised deadlines to clients. I had the worst experience of waiting for months for a simple job of getting a dead panel modified and installed. The guy assigned (Robert) on this job would promise he would come and install the modified dead panel but never show up. This went on for months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you have no choice and have to use this business, please make sure you do not get Robert assigned on the job. Either they have a worst scheduling crew or worst on site workers who promise and never show up repeatedly.

Home NES has installed both my Tesla batteries and integrated my heat pump into battery back up. They worked with city inspectors to make sure the installations meet all requirements AND met my needs for location and battery backup. Randy, Katrina and the tech crews have always been courteous and professional.

Randy and team are simply the best, the team did a fantastic job installing my EV wall charger at a fair price. They even saved me hundreds of dollars by connecting the charger in to my sub panel after doing all the power calculations to ensure that I’ll get the best out of it with much lower cost. They are knowledgeable, honest and on-time. Thanks Randy and Team.

We recently installed a wall charger for our 2022 Model X. The electrician that came was excellent, driving a company van and with proper ID.

The work was immaculate, the electrician took pride in doing a good job and answered all my questions. I was also able to determine the electrician had been trained to install Tesla equipment and that was a huge help in configuring the software.

The cost of the install was very fair, the work excellent, the support staff was friendly, in short - a terrific job. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an electrician.

Clearwire Inc did cabling and network setup forour office. Mostly cable runs and testing. What I apreciated was how clean everything was — cables labled, no mess left behind, no rushing through the job. You could tell they were paying attention.
    Overall, a good experience.

We hired them to install CCTV cameras at our house, and honestly, it was a really good experience. They walked me through the options and helped me choose what actually made sense for our home. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need.

Overall, it was the right choice. Definitely recommend.

I manage several buildings in CA and handle technical issues remotely. I was really lucky to find these guys.
When the power went out in our area couple weeks ago, our new building had no Wi-Fi no electricity, and many systems stopped working. They answered fast, came quickly, and fixed everything, helped avoid same issues in the future.
Fair price, clearly explained details, without headaches and excuses. Left workspace clean as possible. We’re very happy and will definitely work with them again.

This is the guy to take your Ensoniq gear to for repair or to get rare Ensoniq parts from. He is very professional and communicative. From the time I dropped my Fizmo off to him and got it back only 48 hours had passed. He actually had it done in 24 hours but I was too busy for pick up. Most other techs have at the very least a week or two turn around. He only deals in Ensoniq and in that realm he is a true wizard.

Slightly better than standard repair prices for the Bay Area but for the expertise and the time you save it’s definitely worth the value. He was recommended to me by the people who created the Fauxmo software and I highly recommend him to you.

I've been a customer for over 20 years.
I've purchased parts for my projects
and I had him work on an ASR-X I bought back in 99...He fixed the buggy encoders and they've
been perfect ever since. I trust NO ONE ELSE with ASR-X but The Soniq

This dude is a national treasure, he fixes numerous pieces for me and the most expensive part was the shipping. He's highly recommended

Great service from beginning to end. The guy was on time and very good at what he did. All electrical problems were handled quickly and safely.
