Eric kindly came to my rescue with two toilettes plugged up in our home. He explained all potential options and possible direction this problem might lead to. I agreed and he worked like an expert explaining as he went along what he was trying to accomplish. I called at 4pm on a Friday evening and he was there in an hour. Service !! He fixed it like a pro and and was so careful as we had just painted the rooms a week ago. I would welcome this young man into my home anytime. What a big heart and so kind and honest. ARS/ Rescue Rooter Bay Area South will have my business forever!! He was definitely worth every cent spent as well as the tip.

In short, Guy (the ARS/Rescue Rooter service professional) did a fantastic job, was very professional, polite, and good attitude. For more details please note that this service call was done at 12:30 just after midnight on Thanksgiving morning. My main sewer line was clogged - no fun. I went through the online 24/7 plumbing list by googling "24 hour plumbing" and of course most of those companies lie...they don't have 24 hour service. Even the "famous" other rooter guys who advertise 24/7 said they could come in two days!! But Rescue Rooter, well, came to the rescue. They indicated an estimate of two hours; arrived in a few minutes past that and immediately went to work. My problem was cleared almost immediately as Guy ran the rotor tool down through my outside clean-out pipe end. Guy was even able to tell me approximately how far out the blockage was which coincides with a tree root issue we had about 15 years ago. What's really cool is that recently we have had a slight smell coming from the bathroom sinks when the water runs (coming from the drain) and now that is gone. Very nice. Most all those other 24/7 plumbing sites, in my opinion, are scams, but ARS Rescue Rooter is as advertised and got the job done. Thanks

Bruce was very nice and professional. He replaced our water heater, and a couple valves. He patiently explained every detail and upgrade that he was doing. He replaced the water heater very quickly and professionally. We highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter and will continue to use them again for all our plumbing needs. Thank you to Bruce!

Eric Matthew was excellent! Our kitchen sink was stopped up. He spent 3 hours on Saturday fixing it. He was very thorough and explained our options completely. He tried the least expensive option first and gave us a AAA discount too. Highly recommend!

Jerry and Greg are outstanding professionals. We had an external gas line leak on the line that ran out to our pool heater. Other service providers wanted to sell us an entire reinstallation that would have cost $17,000 or more. Jerry understood the technical specifics of the pipe and knowledgeable in a safe, durable more cost effective repair of the damaged section. He and Greg then restored the landscape to its original state. Greg also made a PG&E recommended improvement to meter connection. The system was pressured test and run through its paces. They were in and out in one afternoon. All work came with a 10 year warranty.

Jerry & Lonnie and their crew did a great job of fixing our plumbing issues. We’ve had months of problems and even met with at least 5 different plumbing companies beforehand and none of them were able to really resolve anything. If you want the job done right, call these guys. Great service. Quality work. I highly recommend.

Great service from John P with the quote & purchase and Guy with the delivery & installation. John was very clear with the explanation of the water heater & install options they provide. A week following the initial quote, I went forward with the purchase & install. Guy provided excellent service regarding the installation Both men take pride in their quality of work & service. I would definitely recommend ARS as well as John & Guy for your water heater needs.

Carlos and Charlie were extra helpful upon arrival in fixing our kitchen faucet and even offered to rid of us any black widow spiders that they found! They were honest in telling us that we might need to repair an additional part if it leaked upon on installation, but saved us that money by telling us it wouldn't be necessary when everything was installed properly! Fortino, who came the day before, also provided great customer service when examining the faucet replacement, which required special tools to remove. All in all, it was a great customer service experience once they arrived.

Jerry was awesome and friendly. As first time home owners we had no idea what could be wrong with our plumbing. He was helpful and informative and very professional. He gave us a great action plan and saved the event we were planning for the next day!

I do not remember the nice guys name who helped me. But another company came out before him, was very rude, and had a high price.

I let the gentleman from this company know what I thought the problem was, what we needed done, and how much the other company was charging, and he came in about $100 cheaper on a sewer line clog fix. And ran a camera down the line so we can see what the problem was at no cost.

Over all the plumber was great to work with. Really nice fella. And the company was very easy to work with and had a fair price.

I had backed up sewer pipes so I called ARS. I had used them once before and had a great experience then too (Jay), but this time it was Bruce - equally good! Both times the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t talk down to me or try to get me to spend more than I needed to to get the job done. Monte (field supervisor?) also came out with a camera and confirmed Bruce’s diagnosis. Monte was also great. I would highly recommend ARS! Thanks for your commitment to the customer!

Update 09/02: Edgar was amazing, we needed urgent help retrieving a valued object that fell down a drain pipe. At short notice they sent Edgar to us who promptly assessed the situation, gave us a great rate, incl. AAA discount, and helped retrieve the object in less than 30minutes. Thank you Edgar!

Update 12/02: Jeremy came over today to do urgent work unblocking our drain and a bunch of other little things. So efficient, professional, friendly, and done within less than an hour. Came fully prepared for our repairs. Great rate (of course given our AAA discount). Always a great service . Thank you Jeremy!

I could not have been more pleased with the work that Edgar from ARS Rescue Rooter did. I had to have my main water pipe replaced. He explained the process; ensured I had water over the weekend until the work was finished; completed installation in one day; and was able to get the City inspector out the day after the work was completed when It was originally going to take three weeks. He was friendly; very knowledgable; ensured safety issues associated with the project were handled; and provided exceptional customer service. I’ve already passed on his name and company to several friends. I highly recommend him.

Contacted ARS for the drainage issue we recently had. They sent a technician (Juan) out within the timeline they committed. The technician who arrived at our home was very courteous and knowledgeable. He finished the job and exceeded my expectations. He also recommended a follow-up repairs. We then met with a field supervisor (Guy) and reviewed the options. Upon review of the options, we decided to hire them to replace the existing pipes under the house. Extremely pleased with their service.

So we had Edgar and he was fantastic. Arrived here in Gilroy in a timely matter and service was quick. The job was done in about 10 minutes. It does help if you have an access line outside. Their tools have a special camera to let you know exactly what the issue is in your pipes. He was very professional and provided such a relief for our household. Would recommend to anybody and everybody. Great job!

I was extremely happy with the service. Erik came to my home at about nine in the evening on Saturday. He explained the problems that were causing a back up in my tub. I asked him to repeat what he said so that I could take notes. Erik was extremely patient and kind. He noticed an important pipe that was broken under the utility sink in the laundry area. He explained its purpose and importance and what was needed to fix it or replace it. He gave me fair and timely estimates and gave me different options on how I wanted to proceed with repairs. Eric is a personable, respectful and positive service person that I recommend very highly. I have used this company before and been very satisfied each time.
I am adding an update to my review. Another repair man whose name is Guy,
came to complete the repairs that Erik had identified yesterday. Guy explained to me what needed to be done and fixed everything. He even went underneath the house in the crawlspace to check for leaks. He gave me estimates and asked permission to proceed before starting each repair.Guy Is the ultimate professional. I don’t have words to say how pleased I am with his work and with this company. Five stars!

Customer service was prompt and amazing! Enzo, the plumber, was super skilled, helpful in exploring various options and cleared our drain with low impact on house.

The technician arrived on time -clean well dressed professional and willing to help with my plumbing problems. My technicians name was (Guy) he had a pleasant attitude while doing his job. He understood that my wife and I were Senior Citizens and on a fixed income budget. He recommended certain issues that may be future plumbing problems but we declined to peruse at this time. I was super happy with the response time, service and knowledge along with Guys award winning personality. I am very happy with the quality of his work and the time he spent problem solving our problematic pipe issues.

I live in an older home, and my kitchen sink had a very slow drainage problem and I broke a pipe trying to fix it. I called ARS / Rescue Rooter. They came out quickly, and the plumber, Eric, was very personable and professional. He kept me informed about everything he was doing. I know my older sink was a struggle, but his professionalism was impressive to see. He did a beautiful job and I am very pleased. It was truly a pleasure having Eric work my plumbing issues. Jerry and Jose replaced the old 50-gallon water heater with a new Rheem water heater. They also installed a leak smart valve for safety and comfort system to save water. They did a great job of installation, tested the faucets, and took the time to give me instructions on each piece of equipment. They covered the floor before starting their job and cleaned everything afterward. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job Jerry and Jose did for me. I highly recommend the Rescue Rooter for all plumbing-related jobs.
