During these hectic pandemic times, our medium-sized tech office (located in North San Jose) needed competitive pricing for safe & effective COVID-19 disinfection. Patrick Doyle provided the best pricing for both one-time and regular cleaning, and when we had an emergency responded very quickly to set up a deep clean the very next day. He even provided a certificate of completion afterwards in case we need documentation. Very professional, very friendly - 100% recommend!

Not sure about the service either, but Stratus’ email marketing to get new business is annoying, aggressive, non-stop and unprofessional. Even after blocking Stratus’ emails, their “general manager, Patrick Doyle”, continues to send me emails by creating new email addresses to get around my firms email blocking. Maybe their building solutions are awesome, but would never hire a firm based on the email marketing practices they employ.

We used Stratus company for COVID-19 spraying of our shelter. Patrick communicated and offered resources to provide for staff and residents in regards to what was going to be sprayed. The job was completed in the time he said and did a great job. We will continue to use him for future jobs.

Patrick was amazing to work with I have zero complaints. He quoted me extremely reasonable prices, around $125 for 100 square feet in comparison to other companies I reached out to, quoting me $500 minimum for COVID cleaning services. Patrick was responsive, informative, on time, and easy to work with. He's also flexible in time which is important, when I reached out to him via email he was available to come the same day. This will be my first place I call for COVID cleaning services!

I called Stratus on a Friday evening after learning about a Covid case in my office. Patrick responded the next morning and was able to perform the electrostatic disinfecting treatment that afternoon. So less than 24 hour response/performance time. Very impressed!
