My company used UCS for over a year. We were happy with them for the first few months, but one there stopped being consistency as to which crew was coming, everything changed. Specific, basic tasks were regularly missed, such as vacuuming our offices (are you kidding me?!). The final straw was when not only did the floors not get cleaned, but a large, full bag of trash was left on the ground outside of one of our suites, AND THEY FORGOT TO LOCK THE FRONT DOOR of our facility!
We fired them immediately.
Our account manager was nice, but every interaction with management seemed dismissive, and was obvious they didn't care about the issues we were repeatedly having.
