Patrick (owner) called me right back after leaving a message with his office. He was great! Within 12 hours after receiving my call, the site was sanitized and ready for activities to resume. Due to how fast he responded, my schedule wasn't impacted which saved thousands of dollars.

Carolina and her team have been great ! She listens to us, and is receptive to feedback and the work has shown to be tidy, as could be!

Stratus has been outstanding at assisting in the cleanliness of our clinic. Our patients always compliment us on how nice and clean the office looks and we owe Stratus a huge thank you in how thorough they have been. We plan to stick with them for the foreseeable future!

Stratus is a great partner of Davaco for the office cleanings required in that area. Patrick is professional and very responsive to inquiries and questions. Our clients rave about the services received and how their employees feel safer knowing that their offices are disinfected often. When Stratus came for an initial proposal and walkthrough, I was very excited about having them take over the cleaning of our business. However, the communication has been lacking. Every time I report a problem, like something being missed in the cleaning, I have to follow up a second time. Usually the response is "Sorry, we've been busy" or "email server issues".... it's always some excuse. Part of the reason I wanted a professional cleaner is so that I could take this worry off my plate, but I feel I'm too frequently having to report things that are not cleaned.
For example, there has been dust on this bookcase that is seen right where the customers walk in. I thought the center hadn't been cleaned, so I texted Ulises, the Business Consultant. After further walk-through, I saw the cleaner had come, they just didn't do a thorough job. On 9/10/24 I left the cleaner a direct request in our log, asking him to please clean the bookcase. He initialed it, but didn't clean it. I followed up two weeks later with Ulises (the Business Consultant who communicates with the cleaners) and he didn't reply to my email. So, I called him three days later on 9/26, and he said he would set up a walk-though with the cleaner. In the meantime, I indicated on the log on 9/30 to please clean the missed bookcase. Again, cleaner initialed it but didn't actually clean it.
After waiting over a week for Ulises to set up the walk-through, I had to call him again on 10/7 and expressed my frustration that issues aren't handled in a timely manner, and that I always have to reach out a second time for anything to be handled.

So, I'm now waiting for a walk-through, but worried because the Stratus Cleaning Agreement states you can ONLY CANCEL WITH CERTIFIED MAIL. I saw that complaints need to be in writing, but missed the certified mail part. You have to give them 30 days to fix it, and then another 30 days notice to cancel. So, if they shirk their duties, you will be stuck with them for another 60 days. I would never treat my customers this way. The agreement also states that you can only cancel it for "non-performance only". Beware!

The cleaners also don't want to clean any desk that has stuff on it. Well, if the desks had nothing on them, I wouldn't need the help of a cleaner. Nothing in the contract says they won't clean horizontal surfaces with objects on them. I straighten and ensure the desk is tidy to make it easier, but they won't touch it.

We have used Stratus a few times for office window cleanings, and they do a great job. Monica has been very helpful/communicative, and the cleaning crew does a very thorough job.

The worst franchise I’ve ever had is Stratus. In the beginning, it was different; the people were nice, and they genuinely cared. But now, they treat their clients and employees terribly, like David and many others who have since left. They don’t care about us anymore because they’ve already received the full $10,800 we paid them in cash. Now that they have the money, they have no interest in helping us.

I tried reaching out to them, but they refuse to speak with us in person at their office. I’ve emailed them multiple times, but they don’t respond. They owe us $6,000, and it’s been over a year since we last heard from them. When we did manage to speak with them, they claimed the issue is still “in the court,” which is unbelievable. It’s been over a year, and nothing has been resolved.

So, I want to warn anyone considering joining them to be careful. They may initially show you how you could succeed, but in reality, it’s a different story. Our rating was 5 stars, and even Stratus acknowledged that our clients really liked us, but the truth is they don’t care about us. That’s why we decided to quit our business with them, and I will keep you updated on what happens next.

We’ve been really happy with our service from Stratus. From the first phone call Ulises was so professional and prompt, came out to see our space the same day and had our service started immediately. I was hesitant to sign into a contract after a bad experience with another company but this couldn’t have been a better decision. The providers that clean our space have been fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure everything is always done right. Highly recommend!

Very poor. Every week they will forget something. I informed them each time, but each time something else forgotten. This includes forgotten teach cans and tp!
