I had a dishwasher that would not drain. My plumber could not come out until monday. I called Gogo Rooter and Gandalf was on-site within an hour. He was very professional. He explained what the problem was, what he would do to repair it, approximately how long it would take and how much it would cost. A previous install of my garbage disposal by another plumber was causing the problem. He explained in laymen term how that improper install caused my dishwasher to fail. I will definitely use Gogo Rooter services and will always ask for Gandalf and you should too.

This is my second time using Gogo Rooter for plumbing work.

This time I've been helped by Angel, who was an amazing technician to work with. He diagnosed the issue, installed a city cleanout and replaced our sewer line between the existing house cleanout and the new cleanout. He managed the excavation work and trenchless installation of the new parts, and took care of scheduling the city inspector visit.

At every step he explained what he was doing in great detail, and he was very respectful of the existing landscaping work. In the end, everything was restored properly in a way one can hardly tell any soil had been moved at all. He worked hard to ensure the job was completed according to the schedule.

Since I originally called them to address a gurgling toilet and shower, they waived the cost of that repair when I decided to move forward with the sewer line replacement and they also offered a discount. Their work is guaranteed for 10 years.

Overall we are very happy with the service Angel provided, and we will be calling Gogo Rooter for our plumbing issues in the future, as well as recommending them to friends.

Christian M from GoGo Rooters visited my house to help with a plumbing leak in my bathroom. I had a different company provide an estimate before him and they indicated it would take a large demolition to access the leak and repair it and quoted me thousands of dollars for the repair. Christian was knowledgeable and able to suggest an alternative approach that fixed the leak without requiring any demo and costed a fraction of what the previous quote was. The job was performed quickly and effectively, I’m so glad I called for the 2nd opinion.

Gandalf was awesome, and so was Sergio. Great communication regarding the technician’s arrival, the issue and pricing. When you need a plumber it’s never for something good, but Gandalf made the experience as pleasant as possible. 100% recommend Gogo Rooter!

We had a great experience with gogo rooter for an emergency sewer line repair. The crew was out in an hour after I called. The price quoted was quite reasonable and they did a thorough job with the repair. Gandalf deserves credit for a job well done

My child flushed his toy down the toilet and we only discovered it after trying to use it. Evan was extremely friendly and polite and they came over the next day to repair it. Extremely happy with their service.

Very impressed with thoroughness of Gandolf. The communication was awesome. He showed us pictures to help us understand what was going on with our pipes. I called this morning and they were there within an hour. He stayed till job was done. He cleaned up and left everything very clean.

My home owner insurance assigned them to me. They keep committing to call back or schedule appointment, but not once did I hear back from them. I don't trust this company at all. Nobody that answers the call cares to answer any question or clarify the lack of response.

My homeowners insurance assigned them to me. They didn't return my calls. The insurance company had to call them and was finally able to set up an appointment and then they didn't show up. I had to take the day off to wait around for them and now I have to figure out how to take another day off when the new plumber comes. Hope you have better luck with this worthless business.

Terrible service! I was having a pipe leak. The guy named Stephen showed up, didn't even test to see where the leak was, took one look, walked away in less than 2' after he arrived, then submitted an incorrect false diagnose to the home warranty. When I tried to call him several times, he never picked up the phone, and never called back. Looks like they don't need any work or don't care about customers at all. No wonder they've got all 1star review.
