I had 2 plumbing repairs. Replacing water connectors to the washer and replacing shower cartridge. It took 2 visits; one for estimate and one for the repair. Both visits took about one hour. I called on Thursday and was able to get an appointment at 11 am and repair was completed on Monday. Both service reps were courteous and prompt. Text messages to confirm appointment and estimated time of arrival worked well.

Bunhak is very professional and respectful to my Alzheimer mother when working for fixing both my heating system and my AC. He even went out of his way help me with my door bell for free. I'm extremely happy about his service. Now we can live through the cold winter system with a working heating system. Thank you, Bunhak very much!

Our new Heat Pump system has just been installed and we are very pleased with CPI and the new equipment. We are especially grateful for the knowledgeable and hard working technician Bunhak, who worked throughout our recent heatwave wave to finish the job. Freddy Ponce did an excellent job unclogging my kitchen sink drain. He also went above and beyond by fixing a small leak under the sink at no extra charge. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help truly stood out. Very happy with the overall experince and for sure I will use their services again when need it. I had issues with the sweage and Adam C was assinged and was very helpful during the whole process. Keeping me with updates on what to expect, even with going the extra mile during the City inspection and ensuring all was done properly to leave everyting looking good. He was very prompt to answer any question or concerns.

My parents had a backed up toilet and I called Rooter hero, they had a coupon for $77. Within the hour John Alex came and helped my parents. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on what he was doing. I did appreciate that he was keeping me involved throughout the process so that I can better explain to my parents as there was a bit of a language barrier. We ended up replacing our sewer and they were reasonably priced. Definitely happy for Rooter Hero sending out John Alex and will definitely be reaching out for future services.

After attempting to and being unsuccessful in scheduling a visit with one of several plumbing companies to unclog my kitchen sink, I thought I would have to endure even more gross backed up water and gunk for who knows how much longer. Cody was awesome!

He came out to unplug our bathtub drain. He was in the middle of snaking it when the snake broke (could've happened to anyone). Instead of making me wait for a trip back to the office or another truck, he ran around the corner to the hardware store, grabbed what he needed and got the job done quick.

Also, the customer service was great! Cody was super personable and he even cleaned up the area afterwards.

Bathtub is back to normal and the price was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend these folks. Not all heroes wear capes!

Cody provided excellent service and explained my options to me when he came for his initial inspection. He gave me a quote for the service. I agreed to and he went to Home Depot to grab the parts. He was back fairly quickly and was very considerate of the noise level because my children were asleep. He was very friendly and put me at ease about having to call an emergency plumber at night. 10/10 would recommend this company based off his level of service alone.

Easily requested a same day appointment online. Their response came in a timely manner and they communicated who would be arriving and when I could expect them. Eli arrived and was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Not only did he fix my sink issue, he clearly explained the situation, so now I’ll know what to look for should I need to call for help again. Delightful experience from start to finish. I booked online late on a Saturday and Luis Segura picked up my appointment immediately. He was en route quickly and arrived on time. Luis was very respectful of my space and went above and beyond to ensure that no dirty water ever got on the floor. He explained every step of the process and set expectations. He did the job with great care and patience. In the end he got the job completed and got me a working kitchen sink and unclogged drain.
