My heat pump had been leaking water down the wall. My furnace maintenance experience with Mr. Reliable was excellent on all counts. The tech was qualified and explained everything in a way I could understand. High marks all around!

I have been using Mr. Reliable Heating & Plumbing since 2019 when they were contracted for our remodel. I use them in emergancies or when the plumbers from the home warranty are horrible. Recently, we had a leak in the piple coming to the water heater. The warranty plumber considered the water heater an obstruction and wanted $1,300 to remove it. This was not covered under warranty. I called Mr. Reliable and they quickly fixed two leaks (2nd leaked missed by the other guys) without removing the water heater saving me $600.00.

The work was perfectly executed and the two professional installers were 100% on task, clean, efficient, and completely conscious of the fact they were working within a home. Went out of the way for our emergency situation where our STUPID RINNAI TANKLESS water heater died (photo) due to a few really dumb design features of it & was only like 8 years old!
Plus, if you live in #Hollister some of the family members live right in Hollister so I also enjoyed supporring our local community! But this aided in their solving our lack of hot water so quickly!
Look at the photo of old "crappy" #Rinnai gas on demand system that the vent/exhaust design means rain water from outside kills your heater prematurely as it rusted out from the inside!
We upgraded to a great #heatpump solution that we have ample excess solar electricity to mean free hot water forever!

When we had issues with our HPWH in my unit, I was stranded and tried looking for the best plumbing services company that would not only do the work efficiently but also within a reasonable time and cost-effectively.

CPI was more compelling with positive reviews and so I called them and to my surprise, their customer services and response rate were quite impressive. Despite calling in the late afternoon, a technician was sent to my house to come inspect the problem at no extra charges. After inspection and diagnosing the problem, the technician informed that they would come early next morning to do the actual work.

Indeed early the following morning, two CPI plumbers drove to my house to repair the faulty HPWH. The plumbers were very effective and efficiently repaired the HPWH at a very reasonable price. I was billed later upon satisfactory completion of the work. Hence, I highly recommend CPI Services for high quality work and HVAC repairs and replacement.

Shamir provided the best service I have ever gotten! Not only was he skilled, but he also talked me through his process so I understood what was wrong. He left no trace and was friendly. Definitely coming back when I need more plumbing done!
