Sam and Shamir were very professional and got the job done much faster than initially planned. No hassle, quick installation and a very good price compared to other estimates I received… thank you! Definitely doing business again when needed!

I had called them for clearing kitchen sink blockage during the night and they were very fast in responding and coming to my house. The blockage was cleared very soon and their technician was very knowledgeable. The only downside I felt was the charge was a little higher as compared to other vendors. But overall I liked their service.

Had a good experience with CPI in RWC. Very responsive and they were able to come out the same day. Fee was $270 to clear a clog in a drain pipe for our washing machine. We have two units and the initial approach was to charge $270 per pipe, but I explained that the pipes were likely connected and just to clear one pipe and see if it solves the issue. It appears to have worked and we paid the $270. All-in-all - good service and good outcome.

I will be needing to replace my water heater and know that it's homeowners reaponsibility and so I called this company as this was the vendor/contractor of our HOA, knowing they know our complex. I was asked by Erica to send them photos and so I did. Was told I will receive a quote tomorrow morning (yesterday) and today I messaged them again and still no response. If a company is wasting your time then it's a bad business right away.

We had a major water damage in our kitchen from a bad valve that cause a major leak in the waterline of our refrigerator. When we had plumbers, refer to us from a remediation company, come out to fix the problem, the main cold water shut off to our unit failed to turn water off. The plumbers did not know what to do at this point, so the whole project was halted. We had to reach out to our community for help. We're so glad that CPI was recommended to us by our HOA president because they are very familiar with our condos plumbing system.
Shamir came out to look at the problem and was able to determine the problem and know exactly what to do to replace the hot and cold water main valve to our unit and the valve for my the refrigerator lines of our refrigerator. He explained to us the reason for the leak, and how the faulty valve played a major role in it. The company comply to HOA rules by posting flyers to each units of our condo warning everyone that there will be a water shut-off proof). On the day of the repair,
Shamir was there to oversee the repairs and noticed the kitchen drain pipe was loose due to faulty, not up to code, drain brackets were used. This also was a cause for another leak in the kitchen. He was able to get replacements and had one of his plumbers replace it for us on the same day. I am so glad to have found CPI and all their knowledgeable, skilled plumbers. I would not hesitate to hire them again next time I need plumbing service! Thank you CPI!

Thanks to CPI plumbing I was able to get my kitchen sink drain unclogged and a new garbage disposal installed as well as they replaced all the pipes under my sink. Special thanks to Charlie who spent the day making sure everything was up and running. Shamir was really helpful and so was Gerardo!
