I highly recommend them, They send Antonio on a Saturday and he arrived on time. He's very knowledgeable and trouble shoot the problem right away. He didnt rush the job and answer questions and concerns we have. Stand true to their name and service they offer.

Bad business. We have an emergency. Main needs to be cleared with a snake.

Their Yellow Pages ad claims that they provide the absolute best service to their clients. They guarentee it! Immediate response and that they're fully staffed 24 hr a day 365 days a year.

I called them. Their answering service answered and said the company would call me shortly. One whole hour later NOTHING! Called back and they can't tell me when or if Mr. UNreliable will call...it's been another 45 minutes and still nothing. I guess they aren't fully staffed 365 days a year like their ad claims!!! I guess they'll need to do an edit to their business name!

Furnace died in the middle of a very cold night in December. They sent out a team of 2 guys that took care of everything quickly, and even changed some of the filters just because.

Would use them again in a heartbeat, and am very grateful for the prompt, high quality, reasonably priced service.

I needed a complete system make over. My home was built in the 1970’s. I wanted to add air conditioning and was given a quote with some very usefull upgrade suggestions. I had a lot of hot and cold spots within my home. My current unit was loud and inefficient. I ended up having my furnace relocated to the attic to reduce noise and received the bonus of a new closet. I had all my ducts replaced and larger ones installed to increase on my homes energy efficiency. Anthony and Jesse showed up with smiles on their faces. Made sure the area stayed as clean as possible since I have children and animals. They were polite and thoughtful to the inconvenience the job presented. I recommend Mr. Reliable to anyone. As you can see my husband also added a review. I felt it necessary to write a review showing a women’s perspective.

I’ve been using Mr. Reliable for my business for several months and besides being expensive the service has been good until recently. Last week a technician came out and charged me several hundred dollars to clear a clogged line and wanted an additional $800 to repair a part on a toilet when the entire toilet could have been replaced for around $250. The drain line that he cleared did not solve the problem therefore I cannot understand why I was charged for that. The plumber is telling me now that the real problem is the part on the toilet, so why would he charge me $300 to clear a drain if you wasn’t even sure that was the problem? Done using them going forward.

I recently hired a plumbing company for a major renovation project. The team of experts was organized, communicative, and completed the job on time and within budget. I highly recommend Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating!

This company is unreliable and not honest. My property has a clogged drain and their initial estimate is around $200. After two day's work the plumber said he now needs to increase the cost to over $700. I asked him face to face whether he guarantees the drain will be fixed if I pay this drastically increased price and he said yes. But then he still cannot finish the job. What is worst is that he just left with the broken drain and sent us the bill of $761!
We called the company and asked why they sent the invoice knowing that the job is not done. The reply we got is that they never guarantee that they will finish the job!
In this end we have to hire other plumber from a different company, and this new plumber fixed everything in 10 min and charge us only $120.
So here you go, this company is unreliable, doesn't have the right skill set, and will leave without completion. Avoid this company if you can.

Art and his reliable crew did a flawless job delivering a true red carpet experience. We had our heater replaced along with all new ducting and added air conditioning to our home. The work was spot on and the worksite was kept clean and tidy throughout the process. We could not be happier. I highly recommend Mr. Reliable for a worry free experience.

I requested service online during the weekend. They responded the same day and scheduled service at a time convenient for me. They showed up on time with all the equipment they needed. They explained what they would do. They had to work around some obstacles and were very pleasant about it. They worked efficiently and the price was about 20% less than I expected. There was frequent communication to reassure me. This is rare, but so important to confidence in the vendor. Payment by credit card was simple, easy, and straightforward. I would strongly recommend Mr. Reliable and, in fact, I scheduled them for regular maintenance of my tankless water heater.
