CPI Consolidated Plumbing Inc. Is a great company to use for HVAC too! Our A/C stopped working during the recent heatwave & another company wanted to replace our whole unit. Then we called CPI & they found it didn’t need to be replaced, they fixed it that day! I really appreciate a company that responds quickly, is very professional & reasonably priced!!!
I’ll be using them for sure in the future.

Had an issue with our heating system tripping every now and then. It’s been 4 days now and everything seems to be working perfectly. It was impressive how swiftly this was fixed. I’d highly recommend CPI’s services.

Shamir, Joel, and Alex did an amazing job today. I was quoted for one hour of work and one toilet pull. The exceed both, but only charged me as per the original quote. CPI has been my go to plumber for over 15 years. CPI does quality work and earned my business as a loyal customer.

The cpi plumbers that performed the necessary work to clean/clear out my sewer line did an excellent job, were polite, on time, answered all my questions, cleaned up and were very professional. Even the customer service reps that I spoke on the phone with were very helpful, patient and polite. Overall, an outstanding company and would highly recommend.

Workers were pompt and knowledgeable. Great experience. Will call on them again when we have a plumbing problem.

My water softener was leaking so I called CPI service and Shamir came out the very next day. It took him literally a few minutes to diagnose the problem, and fixed it right away. Couldn't be happier!

I called for my grandma’s sink to be repaired. I was visiting for only a couple days trying to help her out and Shamir gave me all my options for repair plus a reasonable price SAME DAY. Cory and Vincent had all the parts and showed up within an hour. Everyone was sosososooo kind and they finished the job so quick, too! Highly recommend!! My grandma was ecstatic to have her sinking working again 😂💗

A couple of weeks ago I sent a request for a plumber. Although my request was not an emergency I was given an appointment right away. The service technician gave me a detailed estimate that was Cleary explained and acceptable. Work was done to my expectation and satisfaction.

Today I contacted CPI again and was pleased to get another timely schedule . The same gentleman as above gave me very clear description of what needed to be done as well as any option to consider. It's now up to me to decide on course of action. I'm sure CPI will here from me again.

I called CPI Plumbing after my daughter flushed some snack wrappers down the toilet and the toilet was not flushing properly. I also tried to do it myself with a plunger and a snake, but it wasn't working out and I probably wasn't doing it right. When the plumber from CPI arrived, he was friendly and was confident he could fix our issue. He used specialized equipment specifically for toilet clogs, that also would not scratch the inside of the toilet bowl, and was able to clear the issue within 10 minutes. He also wore shoe covers inside the house and made sure to clean everything up before he left. The price was also very reasonable. Great service, great plumber, great value!

Shamir was prompt and descriptive in his inspection. He provided me with a fair quote, and was able to complete the job in the same day as well. They were able to work with my tenants without me needing to meet them at the property myself, which was also a plus for me.

Plumbing: Replacement of old hookups for washing machine, plus two outdoor faucets. Everything went well and results look good.

Recently, our old water heater died and I reached out to CPI folks for a replacement. The guys from CPI not only responded faster but were also able to do the diagnosis and bring a more efficient replacement tankless water heater within a record time. Oscar and Alex posses great craftsmanship. They effectively installed the new tankless water heater faster and accurately without any inconveniences. I recommend CPI folks for any Heat pump water heaters and plumbing related works. With CPI folks, you get real bang for your bucks!

I am so happy that I called CPI Service for what I thought was a leak coming from my water heater. Shamir provided excellent service. He was really thorough when diagnosing the problem and was so kind. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Shamir and any of his associates at CPI Services to anyone who needs professional, knowledgeable plumbers that charge very fair prices. Thanks again!

I am very happy with CPI Plumbing Service! Dustin and Antonio arrived immediately and took care of a blocked sewage line. They were professional, upbeat and a joy in a stressful situation. After they cleared the initial blockage of roots in the sewage line, they were called away to an emergency. A short while later two other gentlemen from CPI arrived and continued to work on the sewer line, in the dark as it was then night. I did not get their names, but they were also professional and friendly.

Water heater problem. Repaired the pilot light quickly the same day I called for service.

I couldn't be more happy with the service my husband and I have received from Ernest and Joel at CPI. After his visit here to assess the situation in order to give me an estimate, Ernest walked me through the process very thoroughly, and made sure we got what we requested in terms of material. His estimate was very clear, no explanations needed. He even came again today with Joel to make sure things got under way properly before leaving. I think he even checked in with Joel occasionally to see how the job was progressing.

Joel was completely focused on the tasks at hand, and never once stopped to even take a break, which concerned me because he must have needed water and/or nourishment at some point. He was a master craftsman, going up and down the stairs to his truck to make adjustments to the sink or pipes, etc., multiple times until he was satisfied that it would be a perfect fit. When the sink didn't fit correctly, he tweaked it until he was able to make it fit in the existing footprint. Joel was meticulous with his measurements, making sure that everything was leveled and balanced. He tested and retested to make sure there were no leaks once everything was in place. He cleaned up his work area as well as the counter and under sink area when the job was done.

Both Ernest and Joel were extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and very courteous and affable in their dealings with us. When I'm ready for my next plumbing project, I'm definitely turning to CPI. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend CPI to our HOA or any of my neighbors, when we have plumbing needs. I've had many dealings with CPI in the past twenty years, so am pleased that the caliber of workmanship has remained high at this company.

The technician showed up with professionally, not minding that he was working at a religion house. Loved the performance and prompt action in identifying and fixing a problem with hot water that has existed in our kitchen for so many years.
