We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. We are truly ecstatic with the quality of their work.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

Excellent experience working with Pipe-Thru on a sewer line project at my home. Job included CIPP on a section, re-routing to new pipe on another section, replacement via pipe bursting on a third section closest to the city sewer. New exterior cleanouts were added and work done for the permit required from the city. While many of the reviews already echo my sentiments, a few standout aspects of their service worth mentioning are:

A straightforward, hands-on visit that felt productive and real. His insights were informative and confidence-inspiring, and his communication style—clear, approachable, and never patronizing—remained true for the entire project.

Responsive But Not Pushy: During my quote-gathering phase, Pipe-Thru answered my questions thoroughly, making me feel like they were interested in my business without crossing into pushy territory. No aggressive follow-ups, no "special discounts if you sign today!"—just space and time for me to make an informed decision.

Diligent Crew: Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and focused, with sub-groups tackling tasks in parallel to keep things moving. When a setback occurred on the second day, they stayed late to resolve things.

Reliability Even at the Tail End: Demonstrated the same level of commitment to finishing the smaller pending items on the final days as they did with the main job. Jose made sure the right person was dispatched for specific tail end tasks and personally performed some work to get us past the finish line.

Competence: Jose’s understanding of what was both needed and feasible stood out as the most comprehensive. While another company proposed a different solution that later turned out to be suboptimal that they backtracked, Pipe-Thru got it right from the start. Their CIPP and boring equipment looked legit, and I’m amazed at what they accomplished with minimal disruption—working efficiently through a few access points. The one setback we encountered on the second day was worked around creatively using the least invasive solution from my perspective as the home-owner.

Their work not only solved my immediate needs but it also gave me a deeper understanding of my property’s sewer network. Jose came across as a stand-up human being and I enjoyed interacting with him and his team. I highly recommend Pipe-Thru to anyone looking for reliable and expert service.

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

Jose and team are skilled, honest and reliable. I replaced 100 feet of our main sewer pipes.They did the job on time and with great quality. They have concrete and pavers experts as well. So you don't need to worry about anything. Price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

He's very knowledgeable with lots of experiences, and so smart! I hired him on the spot for the job because I can tell that he has dealt with these issues before and was the right person for the job.

Jose was wonderful! He’s not only patient but also very knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully investigate the source of the leak in my room and discovered it was actually coming from a moisture-absorbing bag. I was a bit embarrassed, but so grateful he found the real cause—he saved me from spending $400 or more on leak detection! He didn’t charge me anything, I should’ve gave him some tip but I was so confused so I didn’t have time to give him anything. Highly recommended Jose.

Felipe installed a water softener for my house and a direct water line to my pond less waterfall. I'm so happy and satisfied because he did an excellent job. Felipe is professional, does excellent work and is a very nice person. He's a good listener and I found it easy to work with him.
