Loi Thai and his colleague did an excellent job replacing my PRV. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they were honest and charged a very reasonable price. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbing companies giving outrageously high quotes, but this company is trustworthy and fair. It’s refreshing to find people with this level of integrity and work ethic. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a sewer pipe issue, and it was fixed within 1/2 a day of the job while waiting for available time to fix, he provided with a very good response time via text or phone to help unclog the pipe for temporary use.

I've hired Lucky Rooter for a couple projects. Most recently we had to get the sewer line fixed because there was a tree root growing into the pipe and there was (for some reason) no sewer cleanout exposed on the property; It was covered up by dirt and concrete! Loi and his team came out and assessed the job the same day I contacted him, he got all the permits right away, and finished the job in 3 days, cutting out the concrete and installing a nice new cleanout near the sidewalk.

I also had him install our whole-house water filter into the shed I put up. They even went and anchored the shed to the house, added support inside to hold the tanks, and managed to work around the web of piping that existed around the main water line.

I had a great experience with Tony and his crew. My kitchen sink was backed up. I sent out a request for bids and received a response within 10 minutes at 8PM. I promptly had an estimate and an appointment. The crew showed up on time, fixed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. I really couldn't ask for much more as the price was reasonable too.

I had a issue with a foul smell and found Tony thru some recommendations. I read the great reviews people had given. I reached out to Tony and he got back to me within 5 min and offered to come right next morning for a inspection.

Tony came the next morning, took a look at the issue thoroughly and gave me a reasonable quote and guided me thru the entire process.

He is very professional and showed up the next day, completed the job as planned and walked out like a champ !

He was honest, professional and timely. He made sure he fixed our issue and he also offers a year of warranty on all his work... what more can we ask to have a peace of mind !

Loi was incredibly helpful. He helped us replace our water heater, install a new RO system, and add a water softener. He's extremely responsive, answering questions quickly. Not only is he professional and experienced, but he also found the most efficient and convenient way to install both systems. He and his brother worked efficiently, completing the installation of all three systems within just a few hours. They also left the workspace clean and tidy. Our gas water heater was leaking around Thanksgiving weekend. We tried to contact different plumbers but couldn't find anyone who was willing to work over the holiday. Everyone asked us to wait until next week. We were quite frustrated that we didn't have hot water for showering.
Thank god that we were able to find Tony. He was very professional. He asked for more photos and provided a good estimate. Despite the stormy weather, he came in to examine, consult and help us fix the problem. New water heater was installed beautifully.
He also explained how things work and how to take care of the newly installed water heater.
We appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend him to other people.

We heard about Lucky Rooter & Plumbing from a friend, ironically right before we noticed a plumbing issue in our house. When the plumber we were trying to use through our home warranty company was not dragging their feet, we decided to take things into our own hands and called Lucky Rooter & Plumbing - we reached out via Yelp and phone number and he was responsive on both -- Tony just needed our address and was here in under an hour. He showed up with his crew and they went under the house to investigate (they even took pictures of other pipes under our house so we could see their condition).

They identified where the leak was coming from and opened up an exterior wall for better access. After a little testing they found that it was leaking out from a pinhole crack in our dishwasher supply line. back being our kitchen cabinets.

As they were fixing Tony walked around and pointed out things to keep in mind for maintenance with copper pipes he could see and potential improvements in the future for our main water shutoff connection - nothing pushy just FYIs.

I'd use them again, while it's never a great feeling to have a leak, it's better that they found it for us and were friendly and helpful along the way. They even adjusted the quote down once they realized they didn't need to do a big fix (we just need to figure out water damage remediation!).

Chico & his crew are amazing. Our water heater stopped working, i was pretty sure it needed replacing. He was able to come by the same day to give me a quote. He clearly explained the issue and gave a fair estimate. He got me in the next morning, today, and now we have hot water again! I’m hiring him to do a repipe next. I highly recommend him. He is honest and a kind man.

I had to call Chico to replace a faulty water heater. He was highly recommended by my neighbor. I would also recommend him certainly if you need a plumber. He is extremely professional, came the same day of the first call for an estimate and the day after to do the job. Job was perfect, he came on time, price was very competitive and he was also fast!
