I called DRS at 5pm when my sewer line backed up. Todd answered the call, told me when he would be here, and had the line unblocked by 6:30pm. I've known for 10+ years that the line needed replacement. Todd offered one of the best quotes I've had for this over the years so I moved forward. They started the following Monday, got the inspection set up (yes, he handled permits with city of San Jose) for Thursday the same week, and finished that day after inspection was passed. Communication throughout the process was great. I highly recommend DRS.

I had a positive experience at Keller Supply. Oscar, made an attempt to find an out of date water heater part. After it was determined they no longer made them, the ordering process for a replacement was seamless. The customer service reps at the counteron the day of pickup were friendly and helpful in loading the water heater. I would but from them again. Great communication

Wow! Not only did Water Heater Specialists respond in one day, but on a Sunday! Ernesto, the young repair tech, who came early Sunday morning to check our noisy water heater explained every detail of the process of inspection/repair or replacement. Ernesto made sure we understood what was going on with our water heater and after inspecting it, he explained to us our options. Since our water heater was over 30 years old, and the repairs might damage the unit more, we opted to replace it. Ernesto gave us a complete breakdown of the work and the costs involved.
