Rich the installer did an excellent job in the new water heater installation. He explained the process prior to the installation and the best practices on maintaining the water heater for better efficiency and longer life.

If only we live in a reality where we can schedule our water heater to break down on a weekday and during the day. Of course our water heater broke down on Saturday night around 10 pm. Amazingly we got a new one installed by 11 am Sunday. Richard was not only efficient, professional and knowledgeable, he was patient with my silly questions. We hope to not need his services for at least 6 more years but if we do, Water Heater Specialists will be who we call.

I had a water heater that overflowed all over my garage early on 8/30/25. My landlord called Water Heater Specialist Inc and they immediately sent Richard over to help. Richard was so efficient and immediately took over and determined that the water heater had to be replaced. He worked quickly & removed the old heater and had a new one available on the spot. He installed, showed me the settings and took the time to clean up the mess left behind. Richard was over the top efficient, friendly & I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone needing this service.

The service technician Victor was very professional and likable. He had the right parts to fix my water heater problem and completed the job in a very time fashion. Although he offered several options for payment, I opted to pay by check and therefore received an additional extension on labor warranty and no service fee for use of a credit card.

Initially when our water heater's leaks showed up, of course we panicked and called these folks through the number on the yellow sticker. At 9 PM that weekend night! Rick on the phone was extremely kind, understanding, empathetic and guided us to render the machine safe - turning off the water inlet, the pilot, and finally the gas, all in the right sequence. And then scheduled the appointment with Ernesto the next morning at 9 AM. Ernesto showed up promptly, and Inspected the situation and concluded that The heater have to be replaced because the leak was coming from within. He walked us through all the different options and we made a choice right then and there. We needed the hot water supply to be restored promptly. He got the job done punctually in about 1 and 1/2 hours. He showed me all the different operational modes, and even some extra maintenance information. Yes, it's a bad thing that the water heater broke, but it is also good to note that there are such individuals who conduct themselves with such professionals and and render their customers very happy with their services.

Richard was friendly, efficient and immediately assessed the problem and determined that the water heater's thermostat needed to be replaced. He worked quickly and had the water heater working in short order. He installed as well as showed me the settings and took the time to clean up any mess he may have created. Richard was incredibly efficient, friendly & I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone needing this service.

Our water heater started leaking late Saturday night, and we called Water Heater Specialists at 10:30pm using the number printed on the unit. They answered right away and gave us clear instructions to shut off the water supply. Impressively, they scheduled the earliest available appointment—8am the next morning.

Ernesto, the plumber who came out, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and recommended replacing the unit, which made sense since we had just bought the house last year and didn’t realize the heater was from 2007. He also noticed our water pressure was too high and suggested installing a pressure regulator.

The installation was smooth and well-organized. Ernesto gave us step-by-step instructions during the process (like when to turn hot and cold water on/off), which made everything easy to follow.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the price was significantly higher than other installers we found out about later. That said, the service was fast, professional, and reliable—especially in an emergency situation.

Ernesto helped us out of a tough spot. Our water heater sprung a leak heading into the holiday week. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get anyone out there. Incredibly timely service. Our water heater went out on Dec 31st. I contacted them on Jan 1st at 8:30 and he was at our house by 9:30 and not only had the parts but had our water heater up and running by 10am. Ernesto was professional and very polite. Don’t hesitate to call them for repairs!!
