Customer for over 20 years and in those years, I've seen a Rayne service person maybe twice. No new equipment put in. I buy my own salt. Why would Rayne need to raise my rates each year? I've paid over $10,000 for soft water from Rayne. I'd continue if they'd stop raising rates. For less than $1,800, I can have a system installed and pay myself $39.50 per month. Called a few years ago to make my case, I thought they agreed to no more increases, but not the case. Making the move to paying myself.

We have used Rayne Water for 16 years - the water has been consistently crisp and clean. The company is so easy to work with, they are personable and professional and always work to accommodate our needs. Truth be told I grew up with Rayne water softeners and purifier in my home as well. Great company I would highly recommend them.

I have had Rayne ever since they bought out US Soft Water Co.

Whenever I had a problem or question I would speak with Angie and I heard she has retired. (Congratulations Angie!!!!!)

Then just recently I had a question and called and spoke with Linda. She was VERY helpful and so friendly.

I have no complaints and will refer Rayne to anyone.

We have had Rayne Water for our water softener and reverse osmosis for over 40 years. They have always taken excellent care of us, and all of the equipment. Things wear down and stop working, Rayne always sends someone out immediately to maintain any problem that arises. Rayne Water technicians are, and always have been kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. We never have any concerns about repairs or services rendered.

Linda has been the go-to person for over 30 years, always a pleasure to work with.

Most recently we got to work with Andrea, and she was just as wonderful.

We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have been with Rayne Water for over 10 years now and previously with other companies for years and trust me Rayne Water is has been great. Priced right, good equipment, and great service. Linda who always answers the phone is seriously great, always makes whatever is needed work. Parts get replaced or fixed with no problems. I lease my equipment and I love that they not only come out for repairs but they maintain my equipment when needed. Rayne is been a great company to work with and I love that Linda is always the one who answers my calls and always takes care of what I need.

Will never understand why people drive dangerously reckless on the road in their company cars .

Chris and his team were top-notch. Very speedy, very professional and they offered me a great price. I HIGHLY recommend All Pro Repipes.

Julio is extremely honest and knowledgeable during the estimation process. He gave me a very decent price. Julio told me that the pipes in walls were changed to copper already, when the previous owner remodeled the bathrooms. He is sure that the main water pipe is PVC already, so there is no need to change it.
The other two companies that I asked for quotations didn't mention the copper pipes in wall at all, and also suggested me to change the main pipe to PVC. The final quotations from those two companies are more than double of Julio's estimation. When the two other companies asked me why I didn't choose them, I was so happy telling them that I received an estimation that matched my research and knowledge better.
The re-pipe process went smoothly. Re-pipe was completed within one day. The crew of five came in around 8:30am, and finished re-pipe and the installation of a new water heater around 6:30pm. They cleaned up well and spent some time walking with us to show their work. The next day, city permit inspector inspected and said the team had done a good job. The third day, a team member came for patching. The walls look great after it. The fourth day, the city permit inspector came for the final inspection. The inspection for both re-pipe and water heater installation has passed without an issue.
I feel so lucky that I found All Pro Repipes and have them to work on this project.

Jose and his team completed a total Repipe of our home. They were so hard working, highly organized and very respectful of the property. Jose in particular took time to answer my questions and was proactive on many details. They finished the job in one day, then another crew returned the next day to handle the city inspection and drywall/texturize. Every single water connection in the house now works without a problem. Water pressure is now outstanding. Plus, All Pro left our home immaculate, no dust or debris. We are so pleased with the results.

TL;DR: True professionals, best experience I've had with a contractor in any area, excellent materials used, solid all-in-one price, and no hesitation recommending them for your project.

Long form experience: I collected bids from at least 3 companies, including All Pro Repipes. The two other companies are well-known entities in the bay (the sponsored ones that show up at first in a Yelp search), and when I met with Christopher Estrada from All Pro, he was by far the best. Courteous (put on shoe coverings as he walked through our home, even though I have 3 kids so it's a mess anyway!), wasn't in a rush, no upselling, reassuring, knew what would need to be included to bring our supply lines/water heater up to code, etc. He provided a quote on the spot, in writing. Love that.

I waited about a week, and again, Christopher was the only business that followed up about the proposed work. That's the sign of a true professional, treating everyone and every opportunity with care and consideration. I signed a contract with All Pro and right away was impressed with the communication from their Office Manager Abril. I got a call/email the day before with how to prepare our home for the work (clearing spaces under sinks, etc.) which were all very helpful and put me at ease with such a big project about to proceed.

Morning of, Jose and his crew of about 6 professionals showed up when they said they would and got straight to work. Covered walking paths, put up plastic to cut down on dust/debris, and left by 5:30pm with our home completely done with high-quality PEX A, expansion fittings, insulated hot water lines, copper stubs, new tub/shower fixtures, all with the company's lifetime guarantee. Water was only off for 6 hours.

Next day, smaller crew came through to patch the walls and do minor touchups after the city inspector came through. To me separately (workers were out of earshot), the city inspector said "Nice clean work, good materials, really well done", which is very reassuring. He was training a newer city inspector, so this guy has seen plenty of job sites, and that meant something for him to give that type of compliment.

I just got my final inspection which we passed as expected. Everything about this experience with All Pro Repipes will restore your faith in the idea that there are companies out there doing really good work. I'll recommend you to anyone I know who has the need for your repipe expertise. Thank you Christopher, Jose, Abril, and everyone involved.

As always, Todd is my "go to" guy for any plumbing service. Today it was my water heater. He never disappoints.

Todd showed up in 30mins on a Sunday and fixed our clogged kitchen drain. He was very kind and knowledgeable and did the job nicely . Highly recommended

If you're skimming reviews, then then I'll just recommend you give Drain Rooter Service a call. If you're like me, you'll be delighted you did.

Backstory - Last night at 7 PM (of course, a couple hours after sunset this time of year), my son emerges from his shower saying, "Dad, the water is not draining in my shower". As you can imagine, that's something we never want to hear. But, there it was. After getting numerous towels in place to soak up the water in two back-to-back bathrooms (thankfully, it was shower water, not poo water), it was time to get someone out to my house quickly to get the sewer line flowing again.

I looked back a a previous review I did in 2018 for a drain service I recall being happy with. I called them, but I got a voicemail indicating they had closed for the day - just an hour before. With this situation being what it was, waiting until the morning in the hopes of getting into the service schedule wasn't going to work.

So, I began looking through reviews. I quickly came across Drain Rooter Service, and I liked the reviews I was reading. I saw that they were open until 9 PM, so I gave them a call at about 7:15 PM expecting to have to leave a message. To my surprise, "Todd" answered the phone and asked me how he could help. As it turns out, he was just finishing another service appointment, and he asked me to text him my address. I did, and he was at my house within 25-mins. That was a "Wow!"

Todd quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered to power-snake my main sewer-line for a reasonable price. I was glad to hear he had a power-snake because the results of a previous hydro-jet service had only lasted two-weeks. Then, I had to pay a different service to do it again using a power-snake.

And, Todd's power-snake has a second 25-ft section that he added so he can clear-out blockages that are a little farther out than 25-ft. His power-snake had to go out there beyond the first 25-ft to clear-out the blockage. In short order, the extended snake had the backed-up sewer water flowing smoothly again. We tested with a couple toilet flushes, and all was good.

Wrapping it all up, these are the Positives:
1. Todd answered when I called.
2. He understood the urgency of the situation.
3. He showed up in less than 1/2-hr of being called.
4. He uses an extra-long power-snake to break-up blockages beyond the 25-ft range.
5. His service fee was quite reasonable.
6. He offers a 30-day warranty.
7. He was pleasant and easy to talk with.

Negatives: None.

All in all, Todd saved the evening, and he made me look like a hero to my family. Drain Rooter Service is my new go-to service for urgent sewer-line problems. I highly recommend Drain Rooter Service. Give them a try.

Todd quickly answered his phone and, in about 20 minutes, was at my door. Speedy and efficient hydro jetting to clean out clogged kitchen pipes was done in almost no time. He also hosed down the outside wall where the sewage water splashed and made a mess.

I can finally turn the faucet without water standing still in the sink and a foul black goo creeping out of the pipes. Phew!

Super unprofessional. Seems like the plumber just wants money and does not care if problem is actually solved or not.

I called him 15 days ago to inspect and fix a bathroom clog. He came a ran a snake for 2-3 minutes and the water started draining. He asked for a higher than normal fee, and I gave it without argument as he responded promptly to my call and came immediately.

I left for a 2 week vacation next morning and on return found the bathroom drain was still getting clogged. I sent a message to him but he did not respond. I tried again the next day and he picked up the phone. Now here is where his unprofessional behavior starts. He blamed me that I might have thrown something in the toilet to cause the clog. I explain that no one was home and that the snake cleaning he did 2 weeks did not seem to have cleared the clog. Even after my clear explanation he kept telling me that I should have done something wrong.

Instead of coming over and looking at the problem this guys asks for more money upfront. I am not sure why someone would ask for more money upfront without checking if their prior work was done correctly or not. This did not seem honest to me. I decided to get a snake from homedepot and run it myself.

I ran the snake thoroughly and was able to extract roots from the pipe around 10-15 ft mark. See the pictures. There probably was more that got flushed out.

Stay away from this company if you are seeking honest and genuine service. I would rather find someone who is honest and do the right thing.

I was totally impressed with Todd. The bathroom faucet and washing machine were making loud noises like a foghorn when turned on.
I called other plumbers who said they'd need to go under the house and do diagnostic work to find the problem they thought was in the pipes.
Todd said he always starts small before moving on to more extensive work.He arrived the same day, and he thought the problem was with the faucet. No need to check the water pipes yet.
I bought a new faucet, and Todd promptly returned the next day to install it. Problem solved!
I will be recommending him to anyone needing an honest and competent plumber. :-)
