I am a new customer and could not have been happier with Bill's Tree Care. I submitted a request on their website and received a phone call soon after sending the request. I was able to setup and appointment for Bill to come out and look at my trees and he gave me a quote and said he could probably have a crew do the work that day if the was agreeable to me. That was more than I had expected and was very happy that they could do the work so soon. They were also less money than the prior tree trimming service I used who was unreliable and expensive.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful and I will be calling Bill again next year to trim my trees, as I am a very satisfied customer.

The magnolia looks great, and there is so much more light in our front room now!

Franklin and Crew have trimmed and removed many a tree for me on several school campuses. They also have a plank-cutting saw attachment and can make slabs for benches from the trunks they cut down. Always safe, neat, and respectful of the property, careful to clean-up and never allow heavy limbs to fall and damage anything. One time, I saw the Crew slide a heavy log down from the top of a tree, down a rope right into the back of the chipper, never once touching the ground with it. I always look forward to seeing Bill's Tree Care trucks arrive because I know the trees are about to look much better (or disappear).

Bill’s Tree Service was again quick to return my call, come out and meet with, discuss the health of my trees, discuss what I wanted and review the work to be done. I said “again” in the beginning of this review because I have only used Bill’s for the last 30 years we have been in our home. The price has always been fair, and their work is excellent. They were also quick to do the work (within a week of the visit/estimate). They will have my business again when my trees need it in a year or two.

This is our third time using Majestic Tree Service for pruning and Tree removal. They do a great job and arereasonably priced. Will definitely use them the next time we need tree services.

I used Majestic on the recommendation of a neighbor. They did a wonderful job taking down two trees in our backyard, and trimming our street trees and fixing the branching structure to open up the trees. They also did a wonderful job making sure there was ample clearance for our power line. The crew was prompt, polite and helpful. They also worked with our neighbor who had some concerns. They also did it for a reasonable price. I'd definitely use them again.

THINGS WENT SIDEWAYS, BUT ALL IS WELL AT THE END

I saw all the 5 star quotes. They gave me the best estimate for 3 trees. Including a Podocarpus with berries. They were exactly on time. Joe, the arborist, was supposed to come talk to me and go over what they were going to do. The crew indicated they were waiting for Joe's instructions. Joe never came and they started up without his direction. They never laid down tarp to protect my beautiful new patio pavers. I looked out and saw they started work without me talking to Joe. Jonathon, the owner, admits it is standard practice to lay the tarp, yet this crew did not. They also left a mess that my gardener came and picked up after.

My patio was stained with berries. They walked all over the patio while working getting the berries on their feet and staining my flagstone path as well.

This is a company that cares very much for a good result of the customer. They hired a professional power wash company to fix the problem and it did the trick. The stains are gone. I really appreciate that.

You may wonder, "how was the work on the trees?" That was fine. I do wonder about how a professional team would proceed without putting down a tarp and collect the check and leave without pointing out that something went wrong.

Jonathon the owner issued me a refund check. But I am going to tear it up. The owner, Jonathon, really wants to make things right. A+ for customer service.

Majestic Tree Service is awesome! I texted Jonathan requesting a quote to trim back 2 trees hanging over my neighbor’s fence and he responded within minutes setting up an appointment that very hour. Jonathan’s price beat 3 other highly regarded licensed tree services and even beat 2 quotes I received from unlicensed tree services. Moreover, Jonathan was even available to perform the job the day of his quote. The tree trimming was performed efficiently and flawlessly and upon their completion, they left my backyard cleaner than it was prior to their arrival.

We had Majestic Tree Service remove some dead trees, trim up a lemon tree, and clear dead palms from three VERY tall palm trees. Jonathan was quick to respond via business messaging and accommodating with scheduling a free visit to provide a quote. The price for the work was below what we were expecting and they were able to schedule the work just two days later.

Had a great experience with Majestic! Jonathan was professional, kind, and quick to respond soon after I called about two dead trees on our property needing removal. His team was on site to give me a quote the same week, and he scheduled the job right away for me. The team was excellent with both the tree removal and stump grinding, and were so friendly to my mom she went out to meet them.

Two years ago, Majestic came to my rescue by removing a large tree from my property. Not only did they offer a surprisingly reasonable rate, but they also arrived equipped with professional tools, ensuring the tree and its roots were removed swiftly. Upon my request, they kindly left the wood chips behind, free of charge, which was a nice bonus.

Fast forward to this February, I reached out to Jonathan from Majestic to inquire if they could deliver more wood chips. Without hesitation, Jonathan arranged for a delivery in just a couple of days. To my delight, they provided a full truckload of chips, leaving us with a generous amount of free mulch.

The Majestic Tree Service team was very responsive to our request for an estimate to remove multiple trees in our yard. They were able to promptly come to our home and provide an estimate. They also answered all of our questions and provided a good cost estimate. Overall, my experience was very positive.

Very pleased with the service provided by Majestic, from the initial estimate and quote from John to the work of the crew led by Joe. They trimmed back several trees from the perimeter of our house (1/2 day job). The team was professional, courteous and cleaned up afterwards.
