I have dealt with many tree service companies over the years and Jon and team of Majestic are the best. Indeed the best contractor experience I have had for many years regardless of the business. I pursued 4 quotes, they were competitive and best prepared to meet my need with professional advice, a crew of 6 including 2 climbers for 3 days, cutting 9 huge oak trees, 2 giant magnolias, and several other trees. They knew exactly what they were doing, not just tree cutters, but arborist, and the finished job is perfect. The crew was most professional and Jon, the owner spent quality time on site every day making sure all is going well. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for all tree services.

We have used Majestic Tree Service on several occasions. They have always been very responsive, reasonable in price and have done a great job with the various tree trimming and other work we have needed done. They always cleaned up the site after completing the work. Will certainly use them again if needed.

Majestic tree service did an excellent job cutting back and trimming my 2 very large liquid amber trees. Joe was great to work with. He made it all happen. They were on time and It took them 2 hours to complete the job. The staff was very professional and extremely polite. The clean up was incredible. This team did an excellent job pruning my trees and taking out a few bushes, including stump grinding. The trees never looked better! The quote was very reasonable, and the team was scheduled to do the job within a few days. They were prompt, careful of my property, and cleaned up all the debris. I highly recommend this tree service.

This is the second time I’ve used Majestic Tree Service in the last two years. I had a great experience the first time, and this service was equal to or better than the last. They came out the same day I called them to give me an estimate and were able to work me in the next day for the service. I had been given instructions from PG&E to clear some poles and lines in my yard, and they knew exactly what to do. They have clearly worked with PG&E instructions before. While trimming and making my yard as safe as possible from future storm damage, they also took the opportunity to make it look nice and not chopped. The yard looks so much better now. I can’t recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be using Majestic Tree Service again!!

I recently had Joseph come out to take a look at the sycamore trees at my home in Willow Glen, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear I was working with someone knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about trees.

Majestic Tree Service is excellent. They were here in one day to remove a fallen tree in our backyard. Job was done quickly, crew was excellent and I would use them again. Clean up was also excellent.

Punctual professional and got the job done they know what to do you don't have to babysit them I had two stumps ground out for a very fair price and the mess was cleaned up wow this place is great they keep their word and they do a good job wow and double wow one before picture on a nice sunny day down below and two they're finished and I've started planting after photos what can I say it's so easy to have them come out and do the work they take care of everything and they schedule you and get you taken care of quickly

Great work! Joe and his crew arrived on the appointed time to trim a couple trees that were a problem in my front yard - dumping leaves in the rain gutters, sap on the cars in the driveway, etc.. We discussed the goals - the shaping, how much overhang and thinning, and then they went to work.

After they were done they cleaned up the yard, sidewalk, street, and were on there way. Joe is a pleasure to talk to and it's obviousl they are a professional crew. Highly recommended.

Majestic Tree Service staff, Fabian, came to make an estimate for cutting down branches of Plum, Persimmon and Juniper trees. They initially scheduled the work on Thursday, Feb 13, 2025 but the weather forecast was strong winds with rain so I asked Fabian to postpone it to the following week. Fabian rescheduled the work to Monday, Feb 17, 2025. At quarter to 9, a crew of 4 headed by Kevin, finished the work in one hour, including shredding of branches and cleaning the yard of debris. The crew confirmed the work requirement with me before proceeding to work. The Majestic Tree Service’s professionalism is greatly appreciated. Their service will definitely be requested in the future. They are highly recommended to anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area, who needs tree trimming services.

We have used Majestic Tree Service for a couple years and have referred them to several neighbors. Last year they trimmed my Tulip tree and several fruit trees. This year they trimmed the fig tree and overgrown brush from neighbors yard which were touching my roof. They also check out the status of my trees. All in all they have sent a crew who has been courteous and cheerful. They clean up after their work. Will recommend. The person who comes out to give an estimate is Jonathan easy to work with.

Great service! I have been a Majestic customer for the past three years to prune my fruit trees and pollard my mulberry tree. This year Fabian came out to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and understood exactly what I wanted done. He proposed a date that the work could be done later that week. The estimate was emailed to me the next day and I was able to confirm it online.
The team of five guys, supervised by Jose completed the work quickly and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Jose checked in with me to make sure the work was completed the way I wanted. He was very polite and professional

I contacted Majestic and they came out same day and scoped out the work I wanted done and promptly responded with a quote. They promised to complete the work within the week. Might have found cheaper if I wanted to get competing quotes but the quote provided and schedule to complete sold me. Joe, the team lead, showed up on workday and got everything underway. Team did all work expected, respected my property and that of neighbors, and completely cleaned up the area. Very pleased with the Majestic Tree Service job and would recommend them to others.

I contacted Majestic Tree Service to trim my front tree (to prevent leaves falling over cars). I ended up using them after getting estimate from few vendors. They were able to work on the trimming after couple days and do an very good job, exactly to my liking. I will definitely use this company again!

Update April 9, 2025 - I wanted to provide an update on my earlier review. After the initial service, I needed additional branches trimmed and one branch removed that had grafted onto the wire. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Joseph, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care throughout the process. Joseph has the right attitude to treat customers well and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. I highly recommend asking for Joseph for your future needs. He won't disappoint you!

Excellent service-quick easy to work with, answered call quickly and scheduled pruning two trees the next week. Team was very skilled and worked quickly and seamlessly, cleaned up well and were out in an hour. Wish I'd taken before pictures, but here are the after pics-a well rounded and thinned tree nas no more limbs hanging on the roof. Excellent result!

The Majestic Tree Service team were fantastic. Fair pricing and excellent work. The city of San Jose deemed our tree a hazard and gave me 24 hours to remove it. Majestic adjusted their calendar and had their crew at my house the next day! A 50ft tree over our house and our neighbors property and they expertly roped very heavy pieces to the ground with no threat to property or landscape. you will be very pleased with their service! Ask for Joe..he will take care of you.
