Sergio came out to trim 2 palm trees fronds and did a wonderful job. He and his colleague were on time and cleaned up the area thoroughly after finishing up. I needed 3 trees trimmed. One was a large tree, which they handled with ease. You can really see the professionalism from the initial same call day quote, to the clean up after they finished. They are insured and licensed. Very nice new equipment. I have been a property manager for almost 40 years and they beat the quotes on my other 2 guys. Sergio and the entire team did a fantastic job of trimming our two big trees in the backyard. They did the job very safely and neatly and cleaned the place up diligently like nothing had happened! Their work is very precise and neat and they ensure everything is as it was earlier. Their pricing is great too. Highly recommend them for tree cutting / trimming services.

I had a truly exceptional experience with Sergio, Oasis Tree Service for my huge palm tree removal job. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, their professionalism was evident.

The contractor was incredibly punctual, showing up exactly on time to provide the initial quote and then again on the scheduled day to start the work. I was quotes a very good price for the scope of the job.

Although the work was initially slated to be completed in one day, it required an extra half a day to ensure everything was done safely and correctly, which I deeply appreciate - they clearly prioritize quality over rushing. Crucially, this extension did not affect the agreed-upon price.

The professionalism truly shone when a minor issue occurred: a section of my fence was accidentally damaged during the tree removal. Sergio immediately took responsibility and had the fence fully repaired and restored promptly. This level of integrity is rare and highly commendable.

They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. We had many estimates and PV was right in at the lower end. We have in the past used a number of services, and PV ranks with the best.

I am very pleased with their work. The owner and crew are very professional and pleasant. They accomplished what they said they would do and even catered to the changes i made last minute. They showed up promptly and worked really hard even in 92 degrees.Prices were reasonable. I would recommend them.

What a mess! Left branches touching the wires intact, did not bother to cut them short below the wires, even after being pointed out, said they will come back after 1 year to take care of it??!!
