Came to my house with no permission or PG&E notification. Hacked the hell out of my 120 year old traditional oak. None of the workers speak English when asking them for their boss. This has been an ongoing battle with PG&E and their subs.

We used California Tree Solutions to remove a Pine Tree that had Pitch Canker Disease. We received a prompt quote and scheduling and the work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly.

these guys are the best option to go with if you need trees removed/cut. easy to get in contact with and had very fast service I am impressed. I needed 4 of my palm trees to be cut town because they were becoming too big and were starting to sway a lot more and didn’t want to risk them breaking. contacted these guy’s and they hustled to get the job done!

CA Tree Solutions cut down a Raywood Ash tree and an Italian Cypress for me (also took care of the stumps). In addition, they cut off about 2/3 of the height on two other Italian Cypresses. They were very professional, precise, and fast, and did an excellent job cleaning up the area afterwards. Price was very reasonable, I’d definitely do business with them again for additional tree cutting needs.

Great price, professional, efficient, and cleaned up very thoroughly. Had a solid crew working both safely and quickly which made us feel at ease since we had a giant tree in the front yard near the house. Very satisfied with their work, would definitely recommend to others.

I contracted with California Tree Solutions to get a 60' tree taken down in my backyard. Great care was taken and despite the tree being within a foot or two of multiple fences no damage was done. I am thrilled with the work. Their climbers are true pros.

The owner was extremely kind and respectful, but the employees that drive the work vehicles drive like absolute morons. Tailgating 10 feet away from my back bumper when it's pitch black and freezing temps outside. Will never recommend this company to others simply due to poor employees. Hopefully the owner can do something about this.

And to specifically call out who it was, it was 3 rude gentlemen in a white ford truck, the truck number was 20.

This is unequivocally the most adroitly talented, Large Scale Company, to execute the most complex, juggernaut tasks, from removals of trees that are mammoth and precarious, to a plethora of Prunings of commercial monoliths.
The owner, Mister Paul Sousa, is a man of posterity, renown, and sincerity.
California Tree Solutions encompasses well over 100 employees, grossing over 60 Million Dollars annually.
They carry umbrella coverages, between their General Liability and Workers'Compensation, tallying over 10 million, in aggregate coverages.
It is both, a travesty and a blasphemy, that they only have suffered, bad Google Reviews, from "Non-Customers".
Behold, they are mendacious Trolls, if you look keenly, at their 1 Star Trolls, who trash this venerable outfit, SOLELY, because they do P G & E ordained removals, Legally, above-board.

Spamming me every week, I keep blocking them and they send a new message from a different phone number. This is not how to run a business and I live in Norcal.

I called and spoke to Tory, he came out in a couple of days. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me the best price compared to the other companies I called around. I called Atleast 3 other companies. The workers came on tree removal day and did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend them.

California Tree Solutions offered a competitive estimate and timely completion of the contract. It did a good job removing a tree in my front yard. The tree is kind of top heavy and could fall down during windy season. The crew has done their diligent to avoid any property damage and the cleanup job afterward was better than expectation. Will refer to friends and neighbors.

California Tree Solutions did a great job of removing a large palm that was too close to power lines. The workers were very skilled, methodical and careful during the complicated removal. Coordination between crews and supervisors was very good during this two day process. They did a really thorough clean up of the considerable debris in the yard and driveway.
If you need to call the company with questions the customer service is excellent. Crystal was especially helpful and friendly.
I recommend California Tree Solutions if you need help with tree removal.

They are very professional and on time. We have lots palm trees on our property and they took their time to trim them and remove the excess from the crowns of trees. They left our property clean and we were very happy with the results. Looking forward to do more business with them in the future

We have used California Tree Solutions a few times over the last few years. Jose and his team came out last week and removed 2 large palm trees and trimmed a large Cedar tree in my front yard. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my yard was left cleaner than it was before they started with the work and my tree looks great!

California Tree Solutions are a wonderful company and they helped me in a time of need with my trees. It was a safety issue and they trimmed the large Oaks around my Atherton property that PGE said needed attention due to fire dangers. My acreage is quite vast and they took the time needed to get the job done well and thoroughly. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Paul!

Writing this review, has taken me a while as life sometimes can send us curveballs.
Nonetheless, this review is long overdue.
I have nothing but the highest esteem for California Tree Solutions, and their Owner, Mister Paul Sousa.
They are awfully adept at obtaining tree removal permits with a savvy, lady, Certified Arborist.
I, as a lady, felt truly enchanted with how smooth and ginger they are.
I originally met with their foreman, Jose, and he quite cogently broke down all the ramifications involved, in the work order execution, and the politics of interfacing with the city.
The crew arrived barely after the roosters of my neighbor were up sounding the day to break !
They are tidy in their efficiency, no frills, no milking the cow or riding the clock.
The clean up was comprehensive and they hauled a mammoth swath of logs and brush away, their gargantuan truck still a quarter empty, in a day.
The price was truly affordable, yet not cheap and cringe, of these desperate, flash in the pan companies.
This review is long overdue in vindicating their pristine reputation.
Dont drink the Koolaid from "topherpudding, "Chad" and "Ruth Ginsberg"

Why they got all the trolls is for being too honest.
They take Mammoth Trees down, unmitigatedly legal, for PG & E.
All their bad reviews are from nihilistic, Tree Huggers, gone rogue Woody Allen !

We have used this business many times after the drought our trees were in horrible shape. We were able to immediately which trees needed trimming and which would not make it. Our trees look great again.

Very fast and great service

Unbelievable! We had 22 queen palms and another huge palm tree trimmed. As well as a dying triple-palm tree cut down. This team was so impressive, watching them swing from tree to tree like Tarzan of the jungle & then cleaned up afterwards in about 6 hours!! (not including their lunch hour). I can’t even believe how awesome they were. On top of that, they were affordable, licensed, insured, etc…
I already gave their number to a couple of my friends, and I will definitely be giving that number out to everyone I know who’s looking for tree trimming.
