Alex and his team did a great job for us. They were careful, and they really listened to what we asked them to do. Cutting and removing big trees can be stressful. Alex looked after us, he supervised his team closely, and made sure everything was done right so we could relax.

Alex gave me a great rate, we set our appointment. He later reached out the day of and cancelled. I asked him to reschedule , he said he would get back to me and never did. I followed up within the next couple days and he still ignored my efforts. At the end of the day it just felt really unprofessional and he lacked communication.

Juan and his team did a great job of removing two big trees and cleaning up branches and brush under the multiple oaks. He also suggested trimming trees that were hanging over our roof and gutters, which he took care of. They left the property in great shape. All of this was at a reasonable price. We were even left us some wood chips and firewood. I highly recommend Juan, his team and Certified Tree Service INC!

Tony and his team did a great job cutting the tree in our backyard around power lines. Grinded the stump out and left everything very clean. He also suggested potential replacement trees and care tips. Highly recommend for tree care.

We needed to trim our large oak tree and 8 pittosporum that run 50' along our back fence. Tony came out quickly after I called, gave me an attractive quote, and scheduled the work for the next day. Tony and his crew showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job. Tony checked in with us during the day to make sure that everything was being done as we'd requested. When we did a walk-through after the crew was done, we asked Tony if they could trim the oak back a bit more to keep leaves from getting in our 2nd story gutters, and without hesitation he sent the crew back up to do it. They cleaned up our yard thoroughly and even trimmed a tree that was overhanging our driveway, which hadn't been included in the quote. It was a great experience and I'd highly recommend them.

We needed 2 of our palm trees trimmed and some of them removed. Javier's team came on time and finished in the amount of time they said it would take. The yard looks wonderful and they did an excellent job cleaning up from the trimming and removal too. The neighbors and I were very impressed that nothing was left over in our driveway or the sidewalk or on the street. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal or trimming.

I was very happy with the whole process in dealing with JC Tree Service. We were looking at 6 ornamentals in the front yard and 5 fruit trees in the back. The initial consultation visit and proposal was quick and easy. We set an appointment, texted back and forth re start time, and were all set! Crew of 5 showed up at 8 am and they were done in 2 hours. They cleaned up, and brought the truck that chews up the branches. They even bagged oranges from the thinned tree branches. I can’t wait for spring to see what difference this will make. It was important to use a certified arborist. JC Senior and Junior are both very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I used JC Tree Experts services already several times and will again whenever I need my trees trimmed.

Javier contacted me within 30 minutes of sending a text message for a quote. He came out a couple days later as my tree is a 50' Eucalyptus (guessing, by the "after" photo attached) and I am on a steep hill with no access for large equipment to provide a reasonable quote. His team came out 2 weeks later and were easy to work with and cleaned up the work area afterwards. They also boxed 3 Oleanders for me going from 10' to 6' and they look great! Price was fair and the work was great - highly recommend! I will add photos shortly and will definitely use again.

We had their service on July 8th. Our yard was surrounded by neighbor's trees on all sides. JC tree team did an excellent job pruning all of them, BUT FOR A LARGE OAK TREE BELONGING TO OUR NEIGHBOR, with 50 percent of the crown over our roof. Although his team tried their best, they could not prune the tree properly, because of interference by our neighbor, who was vehemently saying DO NOT TOUCH MY TREE to Javier Senior, (as well as to us in the past). We thought Javier may back out, but to our surprise he spoke to the neighbor tactfully, and carried out the pruning. Our neighbor was on the other side of the fence watching and supervising the team work, thereby interfering with their abilities to prune the tree properly. I liked his teams expertism in their pruning technique, and Javier's professionalism in handling my neighbor's unjustified demand. His price was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. I would have given 5 stars for his service, if the oak tree pruning job could have been carried out properly. As such giving 4 stars this time, and I know that it was not because of their fault. Tree debris is constantly accumulating over the roof, and loud sounds of acorns falling over the roof in August through December has been unbearable for us. We will watch to see if this pruning has helped in minimizing our problems. If it did not, we will reach out to him again, for a repeat pruning. Hopefully he will help us next time with a crane to reach tree top from our yard, without having to climb on the tree and enter our neighbor's property.

JC Tree trimmed overhanging tree branches from my neighbor's property. They did an excellent job - speed, quality, and cleanliness. In fact, I didn't even notice they had come and gone! Talk about stealthy quality. I will keep them on my roster of regular yard maintenance for sure.

It was a pleasure working with Javier. The tree in our carport area fell due to the storm. Javier came by to take a look and removed the fallen tree the next morning. Everything was done within 24-hours in the middle of the storm. I’m truly amazed by the efficiency.

Our oak tree split in the middle and huge branch tore off. We needed to get an arborist certificate to get permit to remove it. We called many place, they wouldn’t give an arborist certificate without us committing to use them for removing the tree as well. But JC tree experts were very helpful. They gave an appt for the next day. Javier showed up on time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to explain the options. Provided us the certificate within a day. Very reasonable pricing as well. Really appreciate Javier’s service.

Recently, I got my palm trees trimmed and shaped by JC Tree Experts. I got a detailed quote from Javier and scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. They came on time, completed trimming several palm trees, removed dead trees, shaped date palms into pineapple shape, cleaned up and hauled all tree trimmings.

JC Tree Experts provided all-around great service. Javier gave us an extremely reasonable estimate and scheduled our job for the same week. In one afternoon the crew worked quickly to remove three trees, trim two others, and do a complete clean-up. The following day the atmospheric river hit the Bay Area, but, thanks to JC Tree Experts, we had no fallen trees or broken tree limbs.

We had a large Camphor tree and two Japanese maples that needed to be trimmed and maintained. We also had some dead tree's removed. Javier is very professional, communicated the entire process, and answered all our questions promptly. Our trees hadn’t been maintained in a long time and they did a great job especially making the Japanese maples and Camphor tree look amazing and beautiful.

Javier Sr. was the one that came out the day of the job and knows what he is talking about. You can tell right away he is passionate about what he is doing and cares about the quality of work they do. I can say they did an exceptional job trimming the trees and the crew cleaned up after the work was complete.

JC Tree Experts just finished trimming my yard and did a wonderful job. They arrived on time and got right to work trimming our trees exactly as we’d discussed. They were personable and coordinated work with neighbors where my trees overlapped into their yards. I use them every two years or so to keep my mature trees in bounds. And, they clean up everything great afterwards and are priced reasonably too.
