We have used this family owned service to clean our area rugs and wall to wall carpet since the 1980s. Always great service at a reasonable price.

When I called, the manager did not give me a quote over the phone and wanted to come in my home to look at my rug. I worry about my safety and scammers. Going to a home where there is a woman and no man there for protection or security, concerns the hack out of me. Sounds great helping out but, people don't like inviting strangers to their place.

Clean & Simple House Cleaning did an amazing job when I hired them for a basic cleaning for my bedroom. There attention to detail was amazing, I could tell that they took their time and made sure that everything was in order. The owner Damaris also was very quick to respond and had great communication! Eric was on time, very professional with a great attitude. He educated us on how to best maintain our carpets and did a very thorough job. Our carpets looked like new again.

Nathan is very knowledgeable but the cleaning was the worst experience. I hired another carpet cleaning to redo the carpets they look brand new now I’ll never use this company again!! So disappointed

The technician was polite, courteous, and has good customer service. He arrived on time as expected. However, I noticed that he did not wear booties while he was inside the house and did not move some of the light furnitures such as the chairs in the bedrooms. He also seems to be easily distracted with his mobile phone and was looking at it constantly, which took away the focus of doing his job.
